Don was fantastic to work with on refinancing my home.  He provided the best rates possible, was flexible, professional, and responsive.  I would highly recommend Don if you are considering refinancing your home.  He looks out for your best interest!  With his attentiveness and attention to details, he makes you feel as if you were his only customer.  He takes a personal interest in overseeing your account and treats you like a friend. 

Don is the best. I trust him to give me the best price and best service. If I ever need another mortgage, I'll definitely go back to him. I got several quotes. Don seemed experienced (about 25 years in the business), straight-forward, and very pleasant. One of the other Angie?s list highly rated companies gave me a $12,000 quote (I was shocked). My current mortgage company was a little less in price than Don, but didn't seem to have much experience. I even got a quote from an on-line company ? but again - not enough savings to give up the personal contact. There were many times during the last month that I was so glad I had chosen Don. This can be a very complicated process. It was nice to just put everything on the table and let him guide me through all the options. Don worked with me through email, so I could scan and send documents without having to make a trip. He was always available and responsive - phone or email. The final closing statement was just under Don's original estimate. Loan value was $188.000. Closing cost does not include up front appraisal fee of $375.

Don does a wonderful job putting together loan applications. He goes way beyond the call of duty in doing so. He found me the best deal on homeowner's insurance and processed the application for that, worked with the title company, coordinated the appraisal, and held my hand through every step of the process. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
