How did it go? It didn't. My realtor and I moved our schedules around to fit Bob Wisnewski's (OTBHI) schedule. We have a VERY busy month so this was no small feat. Bob e-mailed me a contract which I signed. With less than 24 hours to our inspection I asked about insurance. He immediately got back to me with a defensive tone. I tried calling to talk but he didn't answer. I emailed that I felt we should be covered for anything he misses if we are paying $495.00 for a home inspection. He replied that he had and IGL (general liability?) and did not carry E&O (errors and omissions). Here is the best part... He cancelled our appointment!!! He did not try to reach out to me to discuss what is customary for Home inspections in FL. He simply and unilaterally cancelled the appointment and tried to blame our realtor...!?!?!
