John provided some of the best customer service I've ever received!
He was very diligent about returning my calls in a timely manner and offered an estimate comparable to other tree trimming services. He recommended the same trimming that the other tree trimmers has recommended in their recommendations, but also provided advice on trees that existed in our neighbors yard, but which are a potential hazard to our home if they would fall or be subjected to strong winds.
I chose him because of his motivation, professionalism and friendliness. On the day of service, he texted me several photos of the work in progress. He called immediately to inform me that he had found a broken roof tile prior to starting his trimming and inspected the tar paper to assure that it was fine and would not prevent a leak hazard. In addition, he cleaned off the roof top and gutters. He took his time and notified me when his work was complete as well as texted me some photos. I wholeheartedly recommend John and will gladly use him for future tree trimming needs. Thanks John!
