MS. OTTING WAS TOTALLY EFFICIENT, POLITE, RESOURCEFUL. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY ENOUGH. SHE HELPED ME ALL THE WAY THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT SALE, EVEN THOUGH I AM 1500 MILES AWAY. DESPITE ALL THE EXTRA WORK THAT A TITLE PROBLEM CAUSED, SHE NEVER RAISED HER FEE OR ADDED TO MY WORRIES.
