MS. OTTING WAS TOTALLY EFFICIENT, POLITE, RESOURCEFUL. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY ENOUGH. SHE HELPED ME ALL THE WAY THROUGH A VERY DIFFICULT SALE, EVEN THOUGH I AM 1500 MILES AWAY. DESPITE ALL THE EXTRA WORK THAT A TITLE PROBLEM CAUSED, SHE NEVER RAISED HER FEE OR ADDED TO MY WORRIES.
Description of Work: THIS WOMAN PRICED THE HOUSE TO SELL, FACILITATED A TITLE TRANSFER (FLORIDA DID NOT RECOGNIZE MINNESOTA LEGAL PAPERS), CHANGED TITLE INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR ME WHEN THE FIRST ONE PROVED TO BE INCOMPETENT, MAINTAINED GOOD COMMUNICATION LINES WITH ME (10 STATES AWAY) BY INTERNET AND PHONE, MAINTAINED AN EMPTY HOUSE FOR 4 LONG MONTHS BY ARRANGING FOR YARD CARE, CLEANING HELP, ANYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED. KEPT AN EYE ON THE PROPERTY SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PEOPLE BREAKING IN. SHE NEGOTIATED WITH MULTIPLE BUYERS, ME, TITLE AGENTS, EVERYONE NECESSARY. SHE IS PLEASANT, EFFICIENT, TIRELESS, AND JUST A WONDERFUL PERSON. I'D RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE. I DON'T KNOW ANYONE ELSE IN THE COMPANY, SORRY. THE FEE IS A GUESS, BUT IT WAS AS ARRANGED IN ADVANCE--SHE DIDN'T CHARGE MORE FOR ALL THE EXTRA WORK THIS DIFFICULT SALE TOOK. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
