Glass & Door Restore

Contracted this company to install a glass panel in a newly remodeled shower. The people who actually did the install and the woman who works in the office were wonderful, but the salesperson named Rob was horrible. He rarely returned our calls, he did not order the frame when we were told he would, and he promised dates that never happened. When we called the office and talked to Carly she got answers for us and did the necessary work to continue our project. Rob was horrible with customer service and even though we were pleased with everyone else, we would not hire this business again if it meant working through Rob.

The entire process was great. They showed up on time, completed the work on time, I am very pleased with the end result, and they were less expensive than the other quotes I received.

The level or professionalism and customer service I received was fantastic. I would recommend them to any friends and family. If I have a need in the future, I will not hesitate to use them again.

The overall process was very smooth and easy, they know exactly what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of outstanding work done by Glass and Door Restore. Thank you all so much!!

Very professional. Arrived on time and made sure we got just what we wanted. Our house was built in the 80s with the original doors and windows so we were happy to get a good deal on some of the replacements. Great service overall!
