"Simply not true. This customer was always aware that we charge for any chemicals used from our truck. Our chemical prices also never increased while he was a customer of ours. The Customer was always very happy with our service & never had a complaint. There has never been or would there ever be any "snug remarks" made by anyone with our company regarding a customer. Not sure why he has decided to bash us like he is doing here........ The "new employee" was even surprised because he said they were always happy with the service he provided them. We wish them lots of luck with their new service that "includes" chemicals."
"The member was a customer for several years and never received a rate increase except when he changed from twice monthly to weekly service, which he was aware of. Our policy is to always contact & get approval from the customer before installing or completing any work that would be considered outside the normal maintenance costs of service and chemicals. The "problem" he mentions is the fact that his pool, like most all pools, requires a bit more chemical use in the summer as the water heats up, but less when the water cools in the winter."
