COUCH'S PEST PATROL INC

I was looking for a pest control provider for the first time in 2013 and I posted my query to friends on social media. I received recommendations from several, including 3 for Couch's from different sources. In 2 of these recommendations, Dale, was mentioned being the technician who has served their pest control needs for close to 20 years. They are wonderful, kind, clean, respectful, honest and affordable. I also had another technician, possibly the manager/owner, come out to my new home for a termite inspection. He spent an incredible amount of time with me explaining my options and about termites even when my house was under warranty with another competing company. He went above and beyond, and I will use them again in that capacity of the need arises. I wish they did more than just pest control, I'd hire them!

He has been terrific. I have used them for several years. He is incredibly sweet and just a great person overall.

Technician was manager, very friendly, but professional. We discussed many problems that hopefully will never occur (termites, bed bugs, which can be brought home from any venue). The price was the same as I paid for the former service.

I have used them for a long time. I spend $40 on them every other month. They always call beforehand for an appointment. They work with my schedule. They come out in between service calls. If there is a problem, they will come out and do the work for free. Their price is excellent. I will use them again in the future.

Extremely thorough, not afraid to get his hands dirty. Took the time to explain what he found and what he was looking for. Very professionial and down to earth. No hard sales and no pitch. He seemed interested in helping us with our home inspection.

As a new homeowner, I am not sure if our new home had been treated in the past. Lee mentioned that if I see any more bugs the following week, which I did, I am to call him and he would come back. We played telephone tag for awhile. As such, he did not come back until August 10. He re-sprayed and explained that it's bug season. Lee is very professional and is doing a great job. I will have my home sprayed every other month as Lee suggested.

They are very dependable and I would use them again. They come out and spray if you find a bug. We have become friends with the person that comes out and he is very kind and considerate. He is professional, responsive and punctual.

They are so inexpensive, but so good. It is really cheap. The first time they come they do a thorough spraying. Then they just do a maintenance spray. I don't get bugs. I have been with them for over 30 years. I had fire ants inside the house, and I called them. I have been with them ever since. If you get a wierd type of bug, they will come out and give you something extra. They are very flexible on times. They call each month to set up the time.

Couch's Pest Patrol has been my exterminator for over 30 years. They come out once a year under a contract to check my home for termites and other insect pest. I am very pleased with their service. The workers are very friendly and know what they are doing. They are always on time and there when you need them.

Couch's was prompt for the estimate appt. On the day of tenting they were on time, professional, efficient and kept me informed. I was tented on a Monday morning and let back in Wed afternoon. I recommend them. I discovered this problem a few years ago, but discovered by a lot of questions and Internet research that powder post beetles don't move very fast. Couches was my first estimate and I got 6 in total. I did not get the work done until more than a year after my first estimate with Couches. The price went up 300 dollars by waiting, but I did not have the money at the time. When I finally saved the money I got other estimates. My house is 26,000 sq cubit feet---(in regular footage my house is 1,678 standard Florida 3 bedroom ranch)
