Rich Weinberg and his crew did an outstanding job on our house. I found his company through Angie?s List, and after I read several reviews, I called him to get an estimate. Rich was very responsive and on time. On the day he came he walked around the house to see what needed to be done. He was very professional, enthusiastic, and a very nice individual. After we talked in detail about the job, and color choices, he asked if I had any questions. He left a packet with a detail description of the job, price, and warranty information. After his visit, I knew I was going to offer him the job, and I didn?t need to get any other estimates.
We scheduled the job, and Rich followed up with paint color choices. He called before the scheduled date to see if I had any questions, and to make sure we were ready for them to come.
On the first day, they pressure washed the house. We discovered a couple of trouble spots where the wood was rotten, and Rich quickly talked to us to see what our options were. He helped us to get a carpenter that came that same day to look at the problem and was able to start the work the next day, so that the job could be finished before the painters were done.
For the next three days, Rich worked along with his crew. They were very professional, thorough, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. Rich also offered some suggestions on the color for the columns, and they came out great! He asked for feedback as the work took place to make sure we were happy, and to see if we had any questions or concerns.
Again, Rich and his crew were great, and the kind of people you want working around your house.
They went the extra mile to make sure we were very satisfied with the end result. On the last day, Rich did a walk-through with me around the whole house and they took care of the few issues we found.
Our house looks absolutely great, and we would definitely recommend this company. I would also like to nominate them for the

"You were a joy to work with. We communicated every step of the way which culminated in a near flawless job. Whenever I could visually give you a choice between two colors I did-----which you really appreciated. I explained:just because a color scheme was done in your neighborhood it did not make it visually correct.Often a builder will do something color wise and everyone will continue to follow that" flawed " thinking ------without realizing there is a "better" look. My pet peeve are soffits----they should normally be painted the body color (there are exceptions) to hide or camoflage a functional item that has no architectual appeal. Rich gave me an estimate for an approximately 40 year old rental property with a stucco exterior. Portions of the stucco, eaves and soffit had been abused over the years by cable TV and phone installers who had 'gone wild' with exterior cable runs and boxes, leaving perhaps thousands of small-to-medium holes needing to be filled and thick paint buildup along cable runs. I would be adding to the holes by removing some add-on wooden structures which were detracting from the building's appearance. Rich pointed out to me that eliminating all of the scars would fall under the category of 'restoration', which is a much more expensive proposition than just repainting. I decided to lower my costs by filling/smoothing as many scars as I could reach before his team got started with their prep work. Rich said he had no problem with me going over any areas that I didn't like with spackle patch or caulk after they had received a first coat, and that he and his crew would work around me as needed. The same day that he gave me his quote, we spent significant time discussing patching materials, techniques, paint compatibilty, drying time, color choices, etc.
They arrived on time for the initial pressure wash (about half a day) and on the following two full days for prep and painting. They worked around my last-minute changes to woodwork, electrical, vents and plumbing and my disruption of some of their masking efforts without compaint. They also pointed out an area where soffit needed re-nailing and one screen door that should not be repainted since it already had a near-new finish that matched the trim color. As expected, applying a uniform color brought out the visual flaws in some of my earlier patchwork, but again no complaints as I would patch various spots and they followed up with another coat. We went around the house several times, but the end result was stucco where you can not tell where the holes had been, much smoother looking eaves and soffit, and an overall cleaner, more appealing look to the entire house. They hand painted most of the trim, and Rich repainted the house numbers in black. At the end, they vacuumed up the debris and left all of the remaining paint with me.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Working with Rich and his staff has, by far, been the best experience I have had with a contractor. Although I am rather "tardy" with my review. I guess I can say that the job has had time to cure. The greatest aspect at working with Rich is that he is thorough. You don't just merely get a "paint-job" with him, you establish a positive relationship and he takes the time to ensure you know every aspect of the "job". That also includes the actual paint color and type. He prefers to use superior products, but that's what we preferred. We didn't want a 5 year paint, we wanted our paint to last awhile. Now with that said...one of the many items that impressed me about CCI is that Rich actually is the "guy" that comes and paints your home - no sub-contractors. A BIG plus in my book (BTW- book early as he does many jobs). I believe Rich came out in July and the work started in August. This was fine for us as the house was not going to move...but don't expect an estimate and then have a work start a week later. Trust me - you will get a superior product compared to other companies. Once the work started, it took about 4 days to complete from end to touch-ups. Both he and his staff concentrated on the areas that needed attention (direct sun areas). At the end of the job he walked with me around the house for a review. They completed all touch-ups on the spot.

We gathered several quotes to have the exterior of our house painted and while CCI actually came in with the highest price, we were impressed with professionalism of Richard and we hired his company. He is the owner of the company and we could tell he takes great pride in the quality of his work and his company. We felt more confident hiring CCI than we did the other companies that gave us lower price quotes. Richard was very helpful with chosing our colors, and on the day he said he would send someone to pressure wash the house, the gentleman was here on time. The next day, as promised, they started painting and Richard was here for all of the painting. Having the owner on site was assuring. Richard and his crew were friendly, accomodating and stayed busy working until they got the job done. We were impressed with the quality of the work. We are not accustomed to contractors being prompt and keeping to the pre-arranged schedule. This was a treat for us. The old saying of "Getting What You Pay For" is true. On his initial visit, Rich Weinberg, the owner, evaluated the house for the work that needed to be done, advised me on how best to choose colors for the body of the house, the trim and the doors, and answered all my questions. He left me with his packet which included a detailed written estimate, 10 year guarantee, insurance and license information, and a list of references.
The work started right on time and went well. The pressure washing was done the first day and the rest of the prep and painting was completed in another three days.
Rich is not just the owner of the company but works right alongside his crew (John and Joan.) They are hard working and efficient and they function extremely well together. Rich Weinberg from CCI Painting came out looked over the house and gave a quote and we picked a date. I had to reschedule the date because I was waiting on a new roof to be added and some other repairs which took longer than expected.

After a terrible experience with a local company that paints a lot of homes in our neighborhood (Feather Sound), I decided to look on Angie's List for someone trustworthy and reliable. I met with three highly rated painters, and Rich was by far the one who seemed the most interested and enthusiastic about painting our home. He offered lots of helpful advice, which I welcomed, and he was very honest and genuine from the start. After looking over all parts of the exterior of my home, he gave me a quote and a date he could start before he left. I discussed it with my wife and we called him back that evening and offered him the job.
Rich checked in with me a week before our job was to begin to ask if we had any questions and to let us know he would indeed be starting on the date he initially gave me. I asked him if he could come by again before that so I could show him some things and ask him some more questions. Based on reports in Angie's list, in July 2012 we asked Rich to provide an estimate for the work we needed. We were delighted with our initial interaction with him, at which time he produced a detailed plan for each area to be painted and recommended the type of paint to be used. Following that meeting, which ended with an estimate, we agreed on a mutually satisfactory week in October 2012 for the project to be completed. Rich contacted us s couple of weeks before the job was to begin, assuring us that he was on schedule and had everything he needed from us. His assistant arrived promptly on the appointed day to pressure-wash the house. The next morning, Rich and two assistants began the painting process and completed it within three days. From start to finish, the work was outstanding. Everything that needed to be protected to avoid paint was masked completely, and all landscaping was carefully covered. The crew assisted with moving lanai furniture and other objects that needed to be protected from water and paint. They carefully worked through the agreed-upon plan, walking around and around the house to make sure every detail was perfect. Each day, Rich asked us to look at what had been done to make sure the work agreed with our specifications. The crew then cleaned up thoroughly upon finishing the painting, even assisting with putting wall hangings and furniture back in place as needed. Rich is truly one of the most exacting professionals with whom I have worked in nearly 40 years as a homeowner. Not to mention that he seems to be a thoroughly decent guy. As an added (and amazing) bonus, he offers a 10-year guarantee for his work.

Rich and his crew, John and Joan, deserve a page of happiness for their work ! We have a stucco house on which the previous paint was peeling badly on both the house and the trim. It looked really bad,and we were concerned that when it was painted, the old paint would peel off and take the new paint with it.
Rich came out on time, to look at our house and address our concerns. He said he and his crew could take care of it and make our house look great. He gave us ideas on how to select the best color choices for our house to make it look the way we wanted. We followed his advice and picked our colors. When the day came for them to start, they were here early and started right in working. First John came out and pressure cleaned the whole house with a mildewcide. The next day they all arrived early and began scraping all the loose paint that was not removed by the pressure washer. They rolled on a primer and a sealer on all problem areas, which was most of the walls, and then caulked the facia where needed. John did most of the scraping, priming and sealing and Joan taped off the windows, light fixtures, and anything that was not to be painted and started painting the window and door trim. Rich did the spraying of the walls and facia. After he sprayed, John and Joan would go around the house and paint the trim with a brush and do touch ups. They are a great team and work excellent together. They also painted our storm door to match the front door, which turned out really nice. The three of them were here 3 full days from about 8:oo a.m. until 5 pm each day. After they were finishedon the 3rd day, they all waked around the entire house 2-3 times to ensure everything was done. Then they walked around the house with us to ensure every concern we had, no matter what it was, was done to our satisfaction. They did not put anything away until we ere completely satisfied.
From start to finish we have never dealt with anyone that took as much pride in what they do as Rich, John and Joan. Rich and his crew did an excellent job. I was impressed that the owner (Rich) was the hardest working member of the crew. I had numerous questions regarding his methods and techniques, but Rich was glad to take the time to explain every step to me.
This was an extremely difficult job, consisting of a 5,300 + sq ft, 2-story home, with many roof peaks & vallys, dormers, and more.
I personally followed this job very closely, and I'm not an easy person to plaese. Of the three quotes I got for this job, CCI was the highest...........but I'm satisfied no other company could have done this well.

We scheduled the job for 8/6/12 but he was able to move it up to 8/1/12. He and his crew arrived on time worked quickly and professionally. The work was mostly completed the first day with some minor things to finish the 2nd day. The result was amazing as I have already stated. When I returned from work everything had been cleaned up, the extra paint was left in the garage.

My wife and were totally impressed with the whole experience. Rich shared his expertise in how we should go about picking the colors that we ultimately went with. He explained everything in complete detail. When they came to do the work, they went straight to it and did an EXCELLENT job. We couldn't be more pleased with how careful they were with the plants and so forth that were around the house. The detailed everything completely and the house looks GREAT !! We would definitely recommend CCI Painting Services to anyone that wants quality painting done.

We enjoyed our experience with CCI Painting Services from the very beginning. I called for an estimate and Rich (the owner) was very friendly during our call. He promptly came over to provide an on-site estimate that was detailed and accurate. We were not charged anything more than our initial estimate which included a $300 Angie's List discount. While Rich was at our home providing the estimate, we discussed paint color schemes and things to consider when painting your home. He also advised us to sample several colors on the home to ensure we pick a color that we will enjoy for 10-12 years.
At the time we spoke with Rich, were only collecting estimates as we were not yet prepared to have the work performed. We knew we liked Rich initially but after speaking with four other painting contractors, it was confirmed that we would call him back to do the work. His estimate was in the middle of estimates we received, however, we chose him because we felt comfortable working with him and were confident in his ability to do quality work in a timely manner. Almost four months after the estimate was given, we called CCI back to schedule. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed by Rich and his two crew members. They were friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions. All of them have been in the painting business for over thirty years and it shows. They removed lighting fixtures, taped everything perfectly, painted all external surfaces and fixtures to match the house and left the house in better condition than when they arrived. Rich also painted our concrete front porch at no additional charge for the labor or paint even though it was not included in the estimate. He said he wanted to house to look beautiful and could see that it needed a fresh coat of paint.
I would highly recommend CCI Painting Services to anyone that wants to work with an honest professional to paint their home. I cannot say enough good things about them. We will be calling them back to paint a family members home when the time comes.

Rich and his crew arrived on time at the agreed upon start date. After a complete walk around of the areas that needed to be addressed, we let them go about their work. The entire job took about three days. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Prior the the end of the job, Rich walked around the entire house with us to determine if there were any issues that needed to be resolved. Only minor touch ups were noted and addressed immediately.
