Terrible!!!!! If you had Brighthouse and now are Spectrum... check your bill. Spectrum is ripping people off by raising your bill by a lot and not telling you. Mine went up $57 with no notice. When I spoke to a rep I was told there was nothing they can do since packages are now different than prior Brighthouse packages.
