ALOT OF BROKERS GET YOU ON LOTS OF FEES. THEY DON'T. I USED THEM TO BUY A HOUSE AND I WAS SO SCARED BECUASE I'VE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT FEES AND ESTIMATES. EVERTHING WAS JUST AS HE SAID AND HE EVEN CAME TO MY CLOSING TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING I WAS SIGNING.
