John arrived at our home exactly on time. He helped us with layout for new recessed lighting, appliance outlets and electrical receptacles for our new kitchen. He was polite, professionally dressed and well versed in available products and local code requirements. He provided us with proof of state and local licenses and insurance. He provided us a written estimate of all work to be done. The following day we received a telephone call notifying us of dates and times available. Arrangements were made for a start day and time. We received a courtesy call/reminder the day prior to the start date with the name of the electrician to perform the work. The electrician was on time, knowledgeable and completed all work in a professional and timely manner. He kept us informed of exactly what he was doing, the products being installed and how best to maintain them. He cleaned up after the work and took all waste off site. Exceptional professional service.
