Arrived on time. cordial and helpful in their introductory phase while troubleshooting the cause of our problem (GFCI outlet continuous tripping). They found possible cause of problem and then showed us the suspect circuits as they explained why we were having our problem. They allowed us to ask pertinent questions and then explained the work they were about to perform after we agreed upon the price and method of payment. After the work was done, Chris, the lead technician, waked us around and explained fully what they had done and how that would fix the problem. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again. Followed Covid protocols.

Had an estimate from another electrics co for substantially more work than was necessary. Mr electric came saw and corrected the same day for substantially less than initial estimate.

Excellent service in scheduling and updates on arrival of electrician but no transparency in pricing. They follow a set pricing menu that does not address your unique situation. Considerably over priced. Additionally, once they receive your email/phone number you are inundated with follow-up contacts.

We paid to have a ceiling fixture put in. I was told we needed grounding rods for the outside box and we needed to replace the system. The quote they gave us was $3,000 higher than anybody else. I had them fix the grounding and the fixture, but later I had another electrician come by and we found out that Mr. Electric did both of them incorrectly and we had to have it re-done and fixed. These people have no clue what they are doing, they are not doing things right and overcharging people. They should not be in business. The new electrical guy told me to report them, but I am not sure yet if I will. But I will never use them again and I am telling everybody all over social media how we have been lied to by Mr. Electric. Addition: Now they are trying to tell everyone I am not a customer, this is despicable and shows the true nature of this business. It was done in December 2019.
