Majestic removed our ceramic tile, installed LVP flooring, installed carpet in three guest rooms and tried to install baseboards. I would rate them a “B” on the LVP install. Two times during the install they scratched the flooring an would not have replaced the scratched boards if I did not point it out. I would rate an “F” on the base board install and I would use another company if I ever had to do this again. I would rate the management of the installation an “F”. Majestic kept asking me to give them a punch list of items for them to finish. I kind of figure that is what I was paying them to do. We wanted to use a local company and in the end, we would not make this choice again!

It was over 1500 square feet of porcelain tile. I would highly recommend them. The job they did was excellent, but the people who did the work, didn't speak English so it was very hard for me to communicate with the guy that was in charge of it. The people who were supposed to come the first day that did speak English, didn't show up. The flooring was done very well, but they left fingerprints literally all over my house on the walls and stuff. I had to have the house cleaned after because of it. They charged for the tile. The tile was $3.50 a square feet and I think it was $3.50 a square feet to install. So it was about $7 per square foot overall.

They were right on time for the appointment. I had 10 large pieces of furniture in the room and the one gentleman moved them all by himself, laid the carpet very nicely. He was done with the job in about 2 hours - so efficient! The installer was named Rob - he did a wonderful job and I knew I should add them to Angie's List.

THE TILE WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. IT'S CROOKED. THE TILE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. HE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. HE ARGUES AND CURSES.

I can assure you if you have a problem with are workmanship we WILL take care of it. I hope with new ownership, new staff, and new installers that you will give Majestic flooring another chance if you may someday have flooring needs."
