Kevin remodeled both of our bathrooms. Our guest bathroom was great, our master bathroom not so great. The threshold was angled where the water flows into the bathroom instead of the shower. We have been trying for seven months to get Kevin to work with us to resolve this issue. he has canceled every time with one excuse or the other, now he?s avoiding text messages , phone calls and emails. He has completely ghost us. Even after he said he would come out and fix the problem and that it was guaranteed. We even told him we would pay for all the materials if he would just come out and fix the issue.
