We contacted Knox because they were recommended by several friends who had used their services and were very satisfied.
When Knox worked at our house, they did everything as contracted, were very professional and friendly and the work is great. As a matter of
fact, about a month after our garage screens were installed, I damaged one, called Knox, the owner himself was here the next day and repaired what I had done-at no charge. When I asked him what the cost was, he said that it was a simple fix, and that if we had confidence to use Knox, the least he could do is a little repair like this. He was so nice about it.
We actually wouldn't even contact anyone else but Knox to do the kind of work they do. They are great to deal with.
Two workers arrived around 7:30am and after a walkthough with me, began working immediately. They were professional and notified me each time they went for a break. The job was done by 1:00 and they cleaned up well. I was impressed with the materials used, quality and installation of the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for similar services.
The final price was the quoted price, however, payment by credit card is an extra 2.29%. On my total, this wasn't a big deal and worth getting the card reward points. Beware on larger amounts as this could be significant.
