Workers arrived on time and went right to work. Brought all necessary materials and custom built the lanai enclosure. Work was completed same day. Professional crew and outstanding work. Very pleased with the completed job. Home Tech Exteriors has done work for me several times and I have recommended them to many neighbors.

Vert well. I had discussed my "leaking roof" problem with 5 other companies; received estimates from 3--none included interior repairs of ceiling, only "patchwork" on exterior roofing. The workman showed up on time, were finished when they said they would be. This was on a Saturday. The site was cleaned up quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company as A+++++

The siding went up quickly, neatly, and looks great. The new siding on the fascia improved the appearance of the home. The new double-paned windows also improved the look and are a money saving addition due to the extra insulation they provide. Three of the old windows were stuccoed in and had to be cut out, which was difficult, but Mr. Tirelli did and excellent job and made sure that all was done correctly.

Overall great job. Estimate was timely and in in-line with other estimates or less expensive. Actual installation was performed when requested and only took about 5 hours including lunch. The area was cleaned after installation. It hasn't rained since the installation, so I cannot comment on the quality, but I expect everything to be fine. I would recommend their work to others.

Originally had Frank come out to repair a damaged gutter and look into Rain Flow protection for gutters. Ended up installing the Rain Flow and replacing some corroded gutters and repairing some obstructed downspouts. Frank did a great job, showed up on time and worked efficiently, finished on time, and his prices are very reasonable. Would recommend highly and use again.

I had been shopping for new windows for my home as part of a major remodeling project. I interviewed at least 6 different contractors from Angie's list. At least three of the salesmen for these contractors told me obvious lies about either their products or the process involved in installing them. Two of the others jacked up the price so much that it was ridiculous. The last one took three weeks to make a follow up call. I called a major supplier here in the Tampa Area and asked them for a referral for an installer and they provided me with a list of three names. After interviewing these individuals I hired Frank Tirelli. He did not try to "sell" me anything but rather discussed the pro's and con's of the types of windows I was considering. Frank is anything but a salesman. The windows were ordered and arrived in approximately 2 weeks time. Installation began a few days later. Due to the fact that my existing windows were literally buried in the stucco a fair amount of cutting had to be done to remove the old windows. This window replacement was not your typical window job, but rather the job from h***. Frank never once flinched, nor did he complain or try to jack up the price due to the difficulties associated with the job. He was pleasant, professional, and courteous throughout. On the days Frank needed assistance his son-in-law Kelly accompanied him. Kelly was also the consumate professional. Upon completion of the job Frank and Kelly cleaned up the jobsite perfectly. I am rather particular about my home and belongings and Home Tech Exteriors went out of their way to see that I was 100% satisfied. The new windows are amazing. Every time I open one of the sliding glass doors my heart goes pitter-patter at how easily and quietly they function. The house is noticeably cooler inside and much quieter as well. I cannot recommend Frank Tirelli and Home-Tech Exteriors enough. If you need windows, don't look any further, call Frank Tirelli. You will not be disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend Home Tech Exteriors. He was very easy to talk to. They were quick to do it, and they did a good job. He pretty much answered all of my questions, but he was a sales person. I made the mistake of letting him know I was looking at doing other work. Once he found that out, he pushed me and pushed me. He wouldn't drop it. I have had a problem with the gutters. It rained one time and I went out and checked the gutters. It wasn't draining right, I tried to get him to come out and look at it. He came out once, and said it wasn't his problem. I found out that he had an expired license. He was starting to scare me. I thought his prices seemed high. I like the gutters.

The whole experience was a positive for me after being left hanging by a couple of other contractors that never made their appointment.

We contacted Home Tech from Angie's list, just before Labor day weekend. Explained by phone exactly what was needed-white, seamless gutter, 45 feet. We had agreed on a time for the installation, but it was missed, and no call from him. We figured he had forgotten all about us, and we moved on. Lo and behold 3-4 weeks later, I received a voice mail out of the blue saying he was going to stop by our house. When I got home, we had a gutter!! I was shocked, to say the least, because I didn't expect them to install it. But, we still needed the gutter! They installed two downspouts, also. I gave him a call to thank him, it was apparent he felt bad, they knew they had our house to do, and I think they were just really busy. When I mentioned we didn't think the downspouts were out far enough from the house, he stopped by the next day to extend them very quick turnaround. Over all they did a good job, a little more follow up would have made it a great experience.

When I called Frank's office for an estimate, I was greeted by a warm professional person. She referred my call, and I was called the next day. We were on a time constraint, and Frank met us during the time we had. He was prompt and thorough. He explained everything, and made recommendations based on our needs. His son's in-law came out to start the work. They were professional and pleasant. While the work was being done, Frank noticed a small problem with our fascia and fixed it. We also had a board replaced from wood rot that needed to be painted, and Frank took care of that too. We appreciated his efforts and attention to detail. Our gutters look great! The work was done neatly and everything was left clean. I am very happy with the work, and the dealings we had with Frank. He has a very calm assurance about him. It made me feel like I knew I was going to have job well done. I highly recommend Frank and his team.

Frank arrived as scheduled to replace the rotten fascia board and scheduled a date for the installation of new guttering. He is a very congenial and helpful man who works diligently and efficiently. We are very satisfied with all he did. The guttering looks great. I would highly recommend him.

FRANK AND HIS 2 ASSISTANTS ARE MOST COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL. FRANK WENT OVER AND ABOVE BY TAKING TIME TO CLEAN OUT MY EXISTING PATIO GUTTER. FRANK IS A TRUE 'PEOPLE PERSON'. HIS QUOTE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN ANOTHER QUOTE I RECEIVED BUT HE WAS WORTH EVERY BIT OF IT AND MORE.

FRANK TIRELLI, OWNER OF THE COMPANY, IS ALSO THE PRIMARY WORKER. HE DID A GREAT JOB IDENTIFYING THE SOURCE OF THE WATER DAMAGE TO OUR WALLS (DAMAGE THAT ANOTHER CONTRACTOR COULD NOT IDENTIFY!) AND COMPLETING THE REPAIR. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RAIN GUTTERS THAT HE INSTALLED.
