The service representative was very polite and professional. He explained the types of termit problems that could result in our area and the ways they would treat it. If a problem does ever occur, they will be the first one I call.

Took a few visits to figure to determine what type of creature was in the attic. The owner of the Golden Rule actually responded and determined it was a Squirrel(s) not roof rats as we thought. After he sealed the opening in the roof the problem was solved.
Golden Rule gives a year warranty so if it or another returns they will take care of it.

Golden Rule Termite and Pest Control are always very prompt and very personable. I can call them one day and they'd be here the next, if I see insects or anything like that. I've been using them for the last seven years. We've had excellent service with them. We had flying ants and they fixed that fine.

The technician inspected the suspected area and assured me that it was not termites. He could have sold me a treatment, but didn't. That's honesty that I appreciate. Bravo!

Tony came to inspect for termites. He was very knowledgeable. Upon finding an infestation, he explained our options including deferring the work to a later time as they were not immediately threatening to the structure. I appreciated this no pressure approach and am presently deferring work but will call them back when the time is right for me.
