Chuck and Tamera at Dyer Media Group are amazing! After spending upwards of $2,000 with another company and months of frustration I contacted Chuck at Dyer Media. Chuck got more accomplished with our web site in 4 hours than the other company did in months. And, at a fraction of the cost! Chuck truly knows what he is doing and produces a quality result. Once Chuck got our web site developed I then began working with Tamera. Tamera helps me with updates to our web site. She is very professional, accurate and prompt! If I send her an update it is usually done within minutes. I would not hesitate on recommending Chuck and Tamera to anyone needing web site help! You will not be disappointed!

Worked mainly with Tamera (Tammy) Dyer. Found her to have a great personality and strong work ethic. Worked on and solved every issue that came up during the reconstruction of our site. When Tammy says that something will be done, she does it; can't ask for more than that. Very cost effective compared to other quotes I received. They were excellent from start to present. (I will be adding more to the site over time.) They answered calls promptly, worked with me when Microsoft Outlook got balky and refused to send e-mails, and were very, very patient as I sent materials and asked them to move things around. I really want my site to look "just so" and they got things the way I wanted them. Tamera was my main contact and she could not have been better to work with. When technical issues came up, I talked with Charles Dyer and he similarly was excellent. They even took time from their annual vacation when issues arose. And I am really pleased with the site.

The process went great! Dyer Media is ranked number one on Angie's List for a reason. They picked up the phone on my first attempt, listened to my requests and provided great feedback. Then I received an actual quote on the same day (professional PDF) that I could review. When I called her back she answered the phone again to walk through the quote and answer questions that I needed before making a decision to move forward. I immediately felt as if it was a partnership between my business and Dyer Media as they had thoughts, but they worked within my requests! They also provided us with examples of the work they had done!

Dyer has superior customer service and the know with all for design. She was always on time and had great communication. I have tried many different web designers and by far this is the best experience

I was very pleased. His quote was prompt and a straightforward flat fee. The work was completed with several iterations of refinement less than one week after we started. He even gave me a tutorial about how to t weak and update the site myself after he stepped me through the process of redirecting the internet to point to the site on his server. He impressed not only me, but advisors I have who have a more critical eye than I.

Overall, it was a great experience. I have received lots of positive feedback on my site. The service DMG provided exceeded my expectations. Phone calls and emails were returned quickly. Since I was a newbie at this, the hand-holding was great. I plan to use DMG for all future web design needs.

I sent an email (via Angie's list contact) and requested web services to re-do our website. I heard back from him the same day, and we had a conversation on the specifics. That was all that was needed for him to basically migrate the website into a new environment and framework, which he did within the next 2 weeks. We're delighted with the result and the ease with which it was accomplished, as well as the modest cost. We are also using his company to provide hosting services for the website. It was a very positive experience and I have already recommended him to two other friends who have a need for websites.

I contacted DMG via email. Within a few hours, I received a phone call. Chuck and I had a brief discussion regarding my website needs. Later that day, I had a quote for the required services. Once agreeing to the quote, Chuck performed the work with 1-2 business days. The Search Engine Optimization is clearly working for my small business. We've seen an increase in inquiries from prospective clients. I've used other website designers/developers in the past but DMG surpassed the others in response time, pricing and professionalism. I plan to do business in the future with DMG and would recommend DMG to friends and colleagues.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I learned there is a BIG difference between a web designer & a website developer. After two and a half months of waiting for a graphic/web designer to produce ANYTHING, I called Dyer Media Group (DMG) on a Friday afternoon. Although Chuck was out of town at a conference, he returned my call later that day & we discussed my frustration and my need to get my new website up & running, as all of my other marketing materials had gone public September 1! At his request, I e-mailed the graphic artwork & marketing materials connected with my re-branding, my "current" website, and a copy of the 25-page website analysis I had received from WSI. The NEXT AFTERNOON (!) I received an e-mail outlining what I could expect from DMG and a quote! I was ECSTATIC! I called Chuck and gave him approval to move forward. Dyer Media Group designed my website and did an excellent job. I had shopped around and was very impressed with the service and the price for my website. I have mutli pages on my website, some that launch catalogs, others that open presentations, and it's truly, it looks wonderful.
