I have found Ed at Castillo's very easy to work with. In October our van was hit on the other side when somebody backed into the driver's door while I waited in line at the Sun City Post office to mail some letters. That claim also was handled by the other driver's insurance, but on this earlier encounter I also had some touch-up work done to our rear bumper where the pain on our vinyl bumper had been damaged. Of course, I had to pay for that repair, since it was not caused by the other driver. As I said, Ed was very easy to work with and a strongly recommend this shop. It does not look fancy, but several major insurance companies have it on their "preferred provider" list.

Called and made an appointment to get an Estimate on all work, Which They performed in a timely, and very professional manner. They quoted all parts, and labor, Performed all work professionally, Fair Pricing, and an over all Great Experience. Thanks Brian, and Doris for all of you help !
