The work was excellent. Once they started everything went smoothly.  My pool looks great and they even returned to clean up the deck area.
 My only objection was trying to get them to call me back and set up the time to do the work

Our pool had been in serious need of repair for a few years now. We began getting estimates and were a bit disillusioned by the differences in opinion of what we needed to do. The pool is 32 years old and has never been resurfaced. We love the original waterline tile, felt it was in great condition and did not want to change it. We were told by different contractors that it had to be changed because once they scored beneath it, the tiles would all begin to pop off. Two contractors told us they would simply tile over top of the original tile or they could never achieve a smooth transition beween the new surface and the tile. Neither one of these were an option for us. My husband contacted SCP Distributors (commercial pool supply wholesale) and asked them who they would recommend. Their response was Jim Everson, Bahia pools, if you want it done right. Jim responded quickly to our request for an estimate and we felt comfortable with him right away. He actually listened to our concerns and agreeded that we could keep the original tile. They came out one day and acid washed, pressure washed, cut the score lines under the tile (not a single tile lost!) and around the fittings and light, and applied the bond coat. The Marquis finished was applied in one afternoon. Jim came with a crew of five or six other men and the process went very smoothly.The attention to detail was amazing and the transition between the old tile and the new surface is pefect. We couldn't be happier with the results and the service we received.

I would highly recommend them. They were here today to look at a little problem we had and they are going to repair it without any questions.  They give you great service. 

Jim and his team did an awesome job! They did the prep work one day, then returned in full force to lay the new surface in the pool. Very knowledgable and professional. These guys know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The pool looks brand-new. We are going to have them back for the cool deck .

We were looking for a resurfacing that would be durable and attractive. Gulf Bay, which services our pool, recommended RiverRock and we chose the emerald black. Gulf Bay engaged Bahia to do the resurfacing. They were consistently courteous, on time, and capable. At one point there were eight people working on our relatively small pool. They did the resurfacing in two days. We're watching the water fill the pool now and loving the look.
