Very good. Brad was on time & worked for an hour to make sure everything was working properly. Gave estimate for future work of installing ceiling (rear) speakers for surround-sound system.

HE WAS TIMELY IN HIS RESPONSE. HE CALLED BACK THE SAME DAY. HE CAME OUT WITHIN 2 TO 3 HOURS. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE IS VERY PLEASANT. HE IS VERY VERY HONEST. HE WAS ABLE TO USE 2 SPEAKERS THAT I ALREADY HAD. HE MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. HIS PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. HE WAS HERE FOR ABOUT 2 TO 3 HOURS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I GRADE HIM AN A+! I WOULD CALL HIM BACK IN A HEARTBEAT.

WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PROJECTOR THAT THEY INSTALLED, THEY CAME BACK (AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS) TO INSTALL ANOTHER ONE. IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A FEW WEEKS. I HAVE CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE.
