The experience was fine with them. They were courteous, professional and did a good job for me. They had to come back, but, they came back willingly and everything is fine now.

My 12 year old roof was leaking because it was not installed properly and 10 x 10 foot sections were sliding off. Called Custom Roof Tile for an estimate on Thursday, received it early Friday morning. It was the lowest bid by $1200. Checked Angie's list and the BBB, and accepted bid Friday afternoon. They dropped off shingles on Monday, started Tuesday, almost finished Wednesday (4th of July) but it rained, finished minor touch-ups on Friday. Crew was polite. Mike was flexible on where to meet for final payment so I didn't have to wait for him to show up at my home.

Seems to me that the company is out to rip people off. If you don't go with them in getting the roof fixed, you lose the money for the ''Inspection Fee''. The woman I spoke with on the phone advised me to call my insurance company to get the fee.

"WE ARE A SPECIALTY COMPANY HERE TO SAY MONEY TO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY, FOR BOTH THE INSURED AND THE INSURER, WE CHARGE THE FEE TO COVER OUR EXPENSE TO LOOK AT THE JOB AND RESEARCH IF THE TILE IS STILL AROUND TO PURCHASE OR IF IT NEEDS TO BE MADE. WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU DID NOT FEEL THE INSPECTION FEE WAS REASONABLE. THERE IS A LOT MORE IN OUR INSPECTIONS THEN JUST COMING OUT AND LOOKING AT YOUR ROOF."

IT'S NOT EASY TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL GO TO THESE LENGTHS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND THEM. EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS PERFECT. THEY WERE JUST THE EPITOME OF PROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERTS IN THEIR CRAFT.
