 + -1 moreThey have been very good. They have done a really good job finding out what was wrong with it and fixing it. I think their prices were comparable. They were the closest one in the area. The people were friendly and I was really happy with what they did. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreWe have added a battery charger and after fixing the one issue it is doing really well. The guy on the phone did a good job explaining what was going on and how we should fix it. It turned out being a small problem that was easy to correct.
Description of Work: The scooter wasn't running so I called them to see how to fix it.

 + -1 moreExcellent. I'm very happy with the product. It's great and the colors are interchangeable. It comes apart and is very easy to put back together. I would highly recommend this provider.
Description of Work: Jennifer is the initial person I spoke with regarding the scooter. (The Go-Go Elite Traveler) She was great, got everything taken care of for me. I ordered the scooter, it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and they assembled it for me right here. The person assembling was very helpful in explaining everything to us regarding the scooter. (Cost covered by insurance)
