I was very pleased with Yavel Construction. The owner/operator, Levay Smith, was extremely responsive and professional in how he dealt with us. He gave us a reasonable quote and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, answering questions, emails and text messages. He communicated clearly the repairs to be done and was on site throughout the duration of the job. Yavel Construction completed the job in a timely manner. I feel confident about his expertise and trust his work. Our roof looks lovely. My husband and I plan to engage the company in future projects.

Yavel came out on Saturday for an estimate on a roof repair. He was very pleasant, and professional. The quote was fair and his assistant and him did the work the same day. They came out and took care of my roof leak immediately. I received a quote, we agreed on price, and the next thing I knew there was a crew there working on my roof. Definitely the best experience Ive had with a contractor. Fully recommend this contractor.

He was prompt and efficient, but three months down the line my roof is leaking and he will not respond and come honor the warranty.

"It was unfortunate you had another leak on your roof after we repaired the quoted leaks with accompanying photos. I realize you were depending on insurance to pay for your repairs but they usually pay for quick and sudden damage such as falling tree branches or hurricane damage. I spoke with your insurance company on several occasions answering questions on your behalf and apparently they did not pay for your repairs and you proceeded to cancel the credit card payment that was made to YaVel."
