Patti went above and beyond to inspect and educate the buyer. She was awesome and professional. She takes her job seriously and it shows in her VERY thorough inspections. Our offer was accepted and signed July 4th weekend. I booked a flight to come in from California the Monday after the holiday weekend, she was able to schedule our inspection on short notice and I am so thankful she did. She spent way more time then she should have, but I have full faith in her inspection. She's genuine and easy to talk to, she was absolutely amazing! Could not recommend her more highly.
