$8000 later the pool looks great (Scott...the owner...convinced me to make several major repairs & resurface while we had the pool drained) but is still leaking 4-6 inches per day. Scott refused to find & fix the leak stating that it wasn't in the contract even though I have many emails & text messages stating I was hiring him to fix the leak & he acknowledged those. Technically he's right & shame on me for not reading that huge contract with all it's very many pages, but Scott verbally told me it was in there when we signed & I foolishly trusted him. Don't you!!! He then tried to sell me a brand new filter stating that could be the reason it's still leaking. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! I fired him! Note: This business was previously called The Pool Brothers but closed & re-opened at the same location. Based on how they treated me as a customer I have a good guess as to why they had to do that, but you can think about that for yourself.
