The owner came to our home, looked at what we needed and was direct in telling me that the person that does this work wouldn't be available for about a month as he was traveling. A month of time went by, and they called me to schedule the work. Came out promptly and fixed out issues. We had several areas of pavers that had dips, and definitely constituted a tripping hazard. We would be more than happy to use them again should we have work to be done again. Price was way more reasonable then we thought it was going to be, I can not recall the exact dollar figure as this was done quite a while ago.

I used Tanco several years ago to install a new drivway and garage door. There work was excellent and completed on time . More recently I used Tanco for a bathroom renovation and entrance way. The tiles in the entrance had to match the existing tiles. Tancoo's installers did a fabulas job finding and installing those tiles. Their price was fair. Their workers were neat.I believe the company is a builder of new homes under the name Tanen Homes. If I were tobuild a new home I would consider this company based on my experience.

I contacted them by phone and they responded quickly. The two brothers in charge, Harry and Joel Tanen were very friendly, professional in every aspect and very knowledgeble and competent. They responded very quickly and had the job completed at my satisfaction in a very short period of time. I highly reccomend them for any building, remodeling or fixing job in house or commercial building..

Tanco was very good from the beginning as they came to my house on time for our appointment and told me it would take about a week to put all the numbers together for the bid. Within a week Harry Tanen, the general contractor for Tanco called me and then emailed the bid to me. His bid was very close to the other 2 builders and I felt he would do the best work due to the many years they have been in business and the fact that they are still in business as most of the builders in my area with model homes have gone out of business.
Tanco was great through the entire process as they even hung my old kitchen cabinets in the garage for storage, rather than throwing them out. For cabinet and tile selections I went to the Tanco Model (Tanen Homes) and selected from their samples. The selections available were great and I am very happy with what I picked out.
Tanco had the best subcontractors, from the cabinet installer, plumber, electrictian, drywall, tile and painter, and none of them had to return to fix any of their work because they did it right the first time. That was always a concern of mine and why I took so long to pick a contractor.
I am totally pleased with Tanco Contruction and very glad I chose them as my buildier. I would use them again if anything comes up and certainly will pass on their contact infromation to my friends and family.
I have recomended Tanco to friends and I know they did a bath remodel in Palm Beach.

The cost was very reasonable, but the SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!! They were reliable and always punctual according to the agreed times. They always called to give me an estimated time of arrival and were there within 5 minutes of the ETA.
The owner, Harry Tanen, was exremely knowledgeable and patient. He communicated every detail of the work to me to my complete understanding and stayed in touch with me during the jobs and followed-up after completion numerous times.
The work was always completed within the time frame given to me and I never had to clean up any mess left by the workers.
Most important was the trust I had in Mr. Tanen and his workers to be in and around my home during the work as I, myself, work full-time and could not always be there for the entire time they were there. As a single mom/woman, that trust and open communication was and is priceless.
TANCO CONSTRUCTION is a family-owned/operated business and I felt like they treated me and my needs as they would their own family members.
As Tanco Construction has the ability to do all types of jobs, big and small, they are now my ONLY contractor I will use - and if they are unable to do a particular job, I will trust any and all recommendations they make.

We have a lovely, beautiful home. During the construction we had no problems; they were very good listeners when it came to meeting our needs. Even after we closed and everything that year, anything we needed help with or if we had any questions, they would be right over. Still to this day, we can call them if we have any questions on the construction.

Project went well from start to finish, excellent workmanship in construction, not pleased with painters, but love the end result.
