RJA Painting & Decorating Inc

RJA Painting and Decorating, Inc. now does business as RAMS Paint and Decorating, Inc. proved to be a major disappointment. RJA was hired to paint the trim work(moldings and doors). Not only did they overcharge, but the paint on the moldings and doors have been peeling off since completion. The owner, Rocky Armento, did not return two phone calls 2 1/2 to 3 weeks after completion. About 5 months later we called with a different phone number. When he did answer, he denied receiving the previous two phone calls albeit messages were left on the machine. Rocky also refused to make an appointment to see what we were talking about. Most recently, we noticed he used two different shades of the same color. We had to hire another painter to repaint many of the areas. There is no way we would recommend RJA painters. They paint poorly, overcharge, and do not stand behind their work. He is also very unpleasant to work with!! We rate him NEGATIVE 5 stars. It should be noted, he dissolves his company and reincorporates under a new name every few years.
