I was very satisfied with the final work as well as the process leading up to the work. The company was very responsive to my initial call and immediately set an appointment for an estimate. Peter came to the home as scheduled, did his measurements and provided separate prices for the repair and the re-screening of the balance of the lanai. Two days later I made a down payment and authorized the work. An appointment was made for later in the week and the crew showed up on time. The only problem was heavy rain made it a two day job which couldn't be helped. The work was done well. The replacement screen door was a decent quality and the structural aluminum matched the rest of the lanai. The crew also replaced the rusted concrete screws on the undamaged part of the structure and modified the frame so a hose could be run through the screening for watering inside. The work site was thoroughly cleaned and the old material hauled away. The workman were friendly, professional and did a fine job.

..They re screened my patio but first they had to remove old screening. They showed up on time and went to work. The crew was professional in all regards. Cleaned up all materials and dropped off old material where I told them to. The crew did not bother for any additional issues such as bathrooms and did not plug in a radio for music while they worked, The owner who gave the estimate supervised the crew at the start to insure they had all materials listed.
We now enjoy a bug free patio.
