Absolute nightmare. I am surprised that you would have her listed on your website. The workmanship is terrible, we had a plumbing leak on start up, dishonest, failed inspections and she does not want to fix what the inspector requests, didn't measure for equipment until day of installation and then asked us to move water heater, demands payment before inspection passes, lied about equipment cost and ripped us off by $750, none of her subs want to work for her, verbally abusive with her subs, doesn't show up for days even though she promises, doesn't answer her phone for days, doesn't have a single tool or employee, leaves the site a complete mess with trash everywhere, "forgets" to do work that is outlined in the contract. Walk away and use any other company. Read the fine print an expect your pool to cost you $10K more than the quote as everything is extra.

Everything went smooth and our pool looks fantastic! Haydee is very professional and responsive. Working with My Sol Pools made this process extremely easy!

Extra service assisting in selecting style & color of pavers.

The project was well priced and Haydee's design and material recommendations were spot on.  Her crew did a great job of installing the travertine patio and clean up afterwards.  I felt so highly of the finished project and timely completion that I've recently recommended My Sol Pools to several of my neighbors who are looking to update their patios.

I never heard back from her again.  Nothing was ever done.

Haydee (the owner) was delightful to work with during the process. We went through some different scenarios, and she was always very quick to respond and great to work with. Though I didn't end up moving forward with My Sol Pools, I would recommend Haydee for her services. I really appreciated all of her advice and help.

She was wonderful and kind.  She was here when she said she was going to be.  She worked with me when I had issues.  She was understanding and always got back to me when I left messages.
