 + -1 moreAbsolute nightmare. I am surprised that you would have her listed on your website. The workmanship is terrible, we had a plumbing leak on start up, dishonest, failed inspections and she does not want to fix what the inspector requests, didn't measure for equipment until day of installation and then asked us to move water heater, demands payment before inspection passes, lied about equipment cost and ripped us off by $750, none of her subs want to work for her, verbally abusive with her subs, doesn't show up for days even though she promises, doesn't answer her phone for days, doesn't have a single tool or employee, leaves the site a complete mess with trash everywhere, "forgets" to do work that is outlined in the contract. Walk away and use any other company. Read the fine print an expect your pool to cost you $10K more than the quote as everything is extra.

 + -1 moreThe project was well priced and Haydee's design and material recommendations were spot on. Her crew did a great job of installing the travertine patio and clean up afterwards. I felt so highly of the finished project and timely completion that I've recently recommended My Sol Pools to several of my neighbors who are looking to update their patios.

Description of Work: The woman showed up as scheduled for the quote, talked about what I wanted. Since it was a small job, I asked if she would consider taking it, and she said yes to that. She was going to get back to me with a quote, and also we were going to swap information on a couple of vendors for non-related service. I called her, I emailed her, and I never heard back from her again.

 + -1 moreSuper work and wonderful staff. Haydee is a gem. I've recommended her to several friends and she's now doing one of their pools.
Description of Work: They removed all the layers of tile, fixed hole underneath skimmer and repaired 4 foot long crack . They resurfaced, put down diamond-brite, re-tiled and made it beautiful again. Haydee hired a separate electrical contractor to do the light replacement which meant putting in new electrical and this was factored into the job- but 1800 of it was for light, not pool resurfacing. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

Though I didn't end up moving forward with My Sol Pools, I would recommend Haydee for her services. I really appreciated all of her advice and help.

Description of Work: I searched diligently for a contractor to repair cracks and then resurface my swimming pool. After meeting several contractors my gut feeling was to hire " My Sol Pools". Haydee owner of the company was extremely knowlegable and I felt I was in 'safe hands'. Every step of the way Haydee kept me informed of what was going on daily, usually in person or by phone. The work was carried out efficiently, and all personnel were pleasant and polite. I am so glad I followed my intuition, it was a remarkable to see such workmanship carried out with Haydee at the helm!
