He got us an offer after about three months on the market.  We rejected that deal and took our house off the market for the season.  We will relist when we return to Florida.

Glenn Gatti from Glenn Gatti Realty Company is less formal than other realtors and that makes it a much more comfortable and personable experience. He tries really hard to tailor the marketing according to his customer's needs. He is not going to try to sell one something more than what one can afford. He always goes out of his way to find something in ones price range. He is willing to do that instead of trying to talk one into something that he might make a better commission on rather than meeting ones needs. He is a single agent. He works for himself so he has the flexibility to be more independent. That also gives him an opportunity to meet his client’s needs rather than his employee needs. He charges a pretty standard commission depending on the deal. He may negotiate but I don’t know that for sure. He is punctual. He is a casual kind of a person. We would continue to use his services in the future.
