"It was indeed hard having a professional conversation with you. I snapped back at you because it's exhausting getting spoken down to. Congratulations on your top secret government job and your ivy league degree. I'm just not interested in bowing down to kiss your feet because of it. I don't care how smart you think you are and I certainly don't like being told that I am beneath you because I mow lawns. If standing up to classism and racism is unprofessional then so be it. Keep your racist thoughts and comments to yourself. No one in America is interested in your crap."
told me to leave the gate open and he will do the job as soon as he was done with the house he was working on. Later I come home to find my gate wide open and he never did the job. I checked my surveillance cameras and seen that they never even came to my house. As soon as they were done with the house across the street , they just packed up and left. I have seen them several times after and they never said anything to me.

I apologize for all the incompetent lawn companies in South Florida, especially the companies that share the same name as ours. We service the western communities of Palm Beach County, not Miami. I hope you find a reputable lawn company that you can trust. Please, update this rating to reflect the right company."
We advised the owner, John Andrews, about the damage and that we no longer will be using his services. He never acknowledged the damage or apologized but he insists that we still owe him $40 for a partial month (two cuttings inluding my AC line).
"Dear [member name removed], I'm sorry you feel that I lied to you. I did mail the estimate out twice to your home address. The first time two days after I met with your wife and then again when I received the phone call indicating you didn't receive it the first time. I'm disappointed to receive an F rating based on the estimate not getting to your home. My sincerest apologies. John"
"Dear [member name removed], I'm sorry you feel that I somehow cheated you or left you in a lurch. After speaking with your husband on the phone, I think he should have been more forthcoming in telling us that your backyard is three levels high and requires a very small mower to complete the work. We offered to do the work with a weedwacker but your husband refused, saying it needed to be done with a 22" mower. So there was nothing more we could do."
