I called Eldred Air Conditioning, as a first time customer, in the early evening hours after by A.C. stopped cooling. I immediately reached and spoke directly with Brandon Eldred, as this is a family owned and operated comany.  Though he provides 24 hour emergency service, I asked if he could come out early the next morning. He came out as promised, right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. 



Mr. Eldred diagnosed the problem, explained it to me in detail,  was kind and patient as I asked questions, he gave me a very reasonable cost estimate, and then made the repairs. He replaced the capacitor, contactor, and burnt wiring, and gave me the old parts. He also repalced the insulation on the coolant pipe, at my request. The bill came to $250, and my A.C. unit was running perfectly, once again!

I am a single senior (aged 60) with a 10 year old A.C. unit in my condo. I was extremely impressed with Brandon Eldred. He was completely honest with me. He provided me with excellent service. He has earned my trust, confidence and respect. I highly recommend him!
 
In the future, I will only be using Eldred Air Conditioning for my routine service\maintenance, any needed repairs, and when it comes time in the years ahead, I will only trust Eldred Air Conditioning to install a new A.C. unit for me.
