Called Dattile Plumbing because I had used them approximately 18 months ago on my son's remodel.  Mary was still there and very cooperative and friendly when scheduling my install of two new bathroom faucets in a new marble vanity and replacing my kitchen faucet.  The first appointment was scheduled a week in advance for Friday July 31 at 10 am.  Mary called that morning and told me that the only plumber they had was pulled to work on new construction that day and I would need to be scheduled for the next day Saturday at 10 am.  OK, but no one showed up by 11 am the next day so I called and the only plumber had gone back to the new construction job again so I was put on the schedule Sunday or later that Saturday for 4 pm.  At 4:30 pm the plumber called to say he would arrive at 4:55 pm per his GPS.  This firm is located within 5 miles of my house and still he did not arrive until 5:20 pm.
 Due to the late hour, he started with the install of the bathroom faucets (all connects and stainless plumber's putty - he didn't bother to use putty - were provided for him because I did not want any delays).  Problems became apparent when faucets were turned on to test without the drain in place and water was everywhere in new wood cabinet.  Next problem was apparently that lift rods did not match my sinks which were "shallow" but Kohler does not identify them as shallow.  Apparently the "custom" solution of bending the metal (each sink done a different way) did not solve the situation as neither lift knob sits on the faucet as it should (elevated over 1/2 inch), there is no tension to pull drain cover up and down, and in one sink the lift drain cover is now not operational at all.
This went from bad to worse.  He said when he would come back on Tuesday "after work" - late again and I am a paying customer - we could test them for leaks with putting a paper towel down under each sink.  Test for leaks?  I had just paid him $390 for installation.    After he left, I put paper towels down under each and there was water coming up from the connections that the drain pipe goes into the PVC.   Cannot even use the sinks  and the sink to the right was set in crocked. 
Without sleeping and becoming more upset, I called Mary at 7:05 am Sunday morning to tell her that the installation had gone so badly.  She said she would have Mr.  Dattile contact me first thing Monday morning (as I did not want him to have to come out on Sunday).  I told her I did not want their "only" plumber in my house again.   
Mary called Monday Aug 3 at 8:33 am to tell me she was going to contact Mr. Dattile to come by.  I told her I had expected him to be here first thing as this job had been done so poorly.  She would call me back.  When I had to call her back at 9:00 she told me she could have Mr. Dattile stop by in the afternoon because he was on another job.  Enough!  She said she was very sorry (but sorry does not provide me with a non-leaking install).
I rescheduled with North County Plumbing, Inc.(561) 625-9414 for Tuesday at 9 am to replace kitchen faucet for $157.00 and fix whatever is wrong with my "newly installed" bathroom fixtures.  They were so professional on the phone and thorough with timeframe guaranteed and quote for all work.  After feeling ripped off by Dattile Plumbing for last time, I am looking forward to being treated as a valued customer (even if I am not the "new construction boss's son").

It didnt go well at all! I had called and had scheduled an appointment for 1pm on 2/16.  At 2pm I had called to see where the technician was, then it was rescheduled for 3:30. Half an hour later, still no technician, I had called back at 6:30 and they had apologized then we had rescheduled AGAIN for the next day. The technician gave me a time in the 17th, then didnt show, gave another time and was 30 minutes late to the rescheduled appointment. My husband was frustrated and decided not to use them for a service. After waiting for almost 2 days to have a disposal installed ( which was a guaranteed $250) . I had them install and do some plumbing 2 years ago and got great service, now, not so much.
I had called another plumber, not only did he call 20 minutes prior to arriving he also contacted me after the job and locked the gate to my property. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the disposal. And I was GLAD to hand him a check for a higher costing disposal because I now the work was completed PROFESSIONALLY.
Disappointed and I dont feel the need to chase any service to have work done on my house that  we are paying for!!!

He was very professing looking at all of the problems first. He recommended how to fix the kitchen leak. He offered to install a new faucet if we purchased it or explain to me how to install it myself. Checked toilet tank leak. Offered to reconstruct it. I asked what the cost would be to replace versus reconstruct. Gave quote and offered to do what ever we chose. We decided on new. He left to purchase toilet. I purchased faucet. He repaired and completed job in a timely manner. He didn't mind the questions asked and educated us in the process .

They replaced all of the supply valves, fixed leaks, installed shower system, new toilet, and sink fixtures and drains. Work was excellent and fair prices. We have used them several times and will continue to use them.

Everything was excellent.  They showed up as scheduled, were professional, detailed and did an excellent job as always.  I have used Dattile for years and the service continues to exceed my expectations.  Already scheduled to complete second bath renovation plumbing.  I would highly recommend.

Went excellent as always.  I have used Dattile for years and they are experienced and professional.  They had to install the supply lines for a shower panel, test the panel and install the panel in the just finished new wall and floor tile.  The installation required exact measurements and drilling through tile and concrete for the panel hangers.  Everything came out perfect.  They have my highest recommendation.

I already cut out the hardwood floor where the leak was detected so that they'll just tear off the floor to the leak area, they used a hydraulics and then they found the pipe that was 8 to 10 inches under the flood leaking, they cut it off, replace it, tested, filled it in and then they re-cemented it. They were efficient, they did the job to the best of my knowledge, and there's no leak. I don't have any problem with them. I was happy to what they have done.

We have an older home and the valves would not turn the water off to the sinks. I found Dattile Plumbing on Angies list and called. Mary was very helpful and scheduled the appointment. Doug called before he came, was on time and very pleasant. He took care of all the problems (we had an extensive list) and was at our home for approximately 4 hours. We are very happy with the office, Doug and all the work he did. We will use Dattile in the future for all our plumbing needs.

promptly installed new hot water heater, encountered some unexpected problems left by the  kitchen contractor but remedied them efficiently and with no extra charge.  Great work.

The water of the toilet would not stop and I thought a plumber would do that quickly and efficiently, so I called on a Friday early afternoon. The lady told me that she did not think that the plumber would make it that day and, as it was not that urgent, we decided to make an appoinment for Monday morning between 9:30 and 10am. On Sunday evening I receive a call to confirm that the appoinment is still on for 9:30 the next day and I confirmed. Monday morning, plumber finally showed up 2 hours late... He quickly fixed the problem and told me that he changed the small pipe going from the toilet to the faucet because it was old, etc... I said perfect, paid him (more than what I expecting but my fault I did not ask before) and he left. Problem is that after he left, we noticed a leak that was not there before. Called the office early the next and they said they would call him and send him over. It was almost 3pm and nobody had showed up or called, so I called again and the lady said that he would not make it before the next day but he would be there at 8am the next day. It was around 9:30 when the plumber finally arrived. He fixed the leak and left. Too many problems, a very expensive price, I will certainly not use them again!

Mr. Dattile replaced  the water pipe from the pump to the house and replaced piping in the house to the water heater.

It went very well.  Mr. Dattile is knowledgeable, as are the plumbers who work for him.  We had to replumb our home due to substandard pipes (polybutylene.  Our kitchen had been badly damaged, included mold/mildew.  Mr. Dattile helped us though a very difficult situation with expertise.

I have always used them and found them to be reliable.
