They had my entire house pressured washed, taped, painted, and cleaned up in two days. Mike and his team are very neat and professional. They were on time each morning and kept me in the loop with the process. They filled cracks and screw holes in the stucco and even repainted my hose racks to make them look new again. My house was taken over by squatters and by the time I could get them out the place was a mess. I had holes in the wall, spray paint throughout and in one room they tried to paint it with metallic colors. By the time Mike had it done it looked like new. He painted the exterior and interior. He also pressurized the roof and it looks like new. He did it a second time because he was not satisfied and felt it could use another spraying. You will not go wrong with City Skyline. Mike was great to work with and his eye for detail is amazing. They will not disappoint!

I hired this company to paint several areas of the inside of my home. They painted both bathrooms, and the walls look horrible. I called the owner Michael almost 2 weeks ago, and he said that the walls were not ready to paint when they came to paint, and they did the best they could. I told him if he would have told me the walls were not ready to paint, I would have called the workers that patched the walls to have them fixed instead of just painting the walls. He said he would make it right even though it was not his responsibility. He never called or came to make it right. Also, the estimate he gave me included painting the inside of 2 closets. Neither were painted. The painters did not cover the floors, which I had just installed and there are paint droplets on my new flooring. Painters left paint on several doorknobs, and electric socket covers off and laying on the floor. The owner was very nice until he got paid and cashed the check. After that, I never heard from him again to make the horrible job they did in the bathrooms right. Big thumbs down for this business!!!

City Skyline provides excellent and reliable service. Mike (the manager) is quite efficient and clear in his communications. He responds promptly and professionally to all messages (something fairly unusual in this part of the country!). His painting crews are experienced and seem to take pride in the quality of their work (particularly Roberto, the "detail man"). Mike's quote was fair and there were no "surprises" or "last minute adjustments" (again, quite another common business practice among contractors in this area). I am extremely satisfied with Skyline's work and with their customer care. I recommend this painting company without reservations: They will show up WHEN they say they will show up and they will do a very good job -exactly as promised.

Look up and down. You see a bunch of 5-star reviews, and that is why I hired Mike at City Skyline Painting. My expectations were through the roof after reading all of the good reviews, and Mike delivered exactly as expected. Roughly 2100 SQ ft of house exterior finished, with rainouts, in 3 business days. His team even removed my old door hardware for me and installed the new door hardware after they painted. I grow prize orchids and they handled all of my plants with care, kept me abreast of the job status, and after we got the paperwork done, they worked perfectly on auto-pilot. 3 of my neighbors texted me asking for his contact info when it was all done. Impossible to be happier with the quality of work, speed, and attention to detail.

The owner and his entire crew were professional, courteous, and left the property debris free every day they were on the property. They pressure cleaned all 27 units, pressure cleaned all 27 buildings, pressure cleaned and painted the restrooms and pump room at the pool. Pressure cleaned all walkways and monument and pool pavers. They did excellent work and on time. The association was extremely satisfied with the results. I definitely will recommend City Skyline for both commercial and residential projects.

There are not enough good things I could say about Mike and his team! They were quick, efficient and did a beautiful job! We had a lot of work going on in our house and they were able to work around the schedules of the other teams with ease, Mike even had his team come out a few days early (on short notice) so they could spray our ceilings before our new floors went in.
