I ended up buying a new TV, but Bill was certainly conscientious about his follow up to see if that was the decision I had made. Initially he was most honest as far as the pros and cons as to repairing my old TV.

I was not very satisfied---the surround sound is no different after spending $350---The equipment is hard to get to--but Bill promised to look up the specifications of my amplifier and either tell me how to set it or he would come back for free. None of this has transpired and I am out $350---I have spoken to him 3 times since he left and nothing further has happened--not real happy with that. Jerry Bengis--he is a very nice guy but we have accomplished nothing

"All the work that was done prior to me showing up there,was done by butchers un-professional people i had no reasonable acess to your wiring and you were in such a hurry all of your programming was ill say not right i called you many time's and got well im at the art show answer igot to sell my paintings i have no problem with my work under normal conditoins.Also you tv company wasnot connected remember Thank you please call me when you have the proper time to resolve your issues."

Called me back immediately after I posted here, set appointment convenient to me and showed up as planned. Did exceptionally clean work. One of the new lights I bought was missing a backplate and he had one in his truck and I appreciated that the install went forward as planned. No extra charge for using his part either. I'm having him come back for other projects!

Bill U was professional and proved to be very competent- did a great job replacing what was wrong- did not overcharge or pressure us to do more than we needed at this time- we will be calling him again when we can afford to to more updating of our electrical system. Would recommend him to any friends who ask - who's a good electrician-- thanks Servicemagic!!!
