Ron responded to call for estimate within the hour. He described the types of screening and what is required; I requested pet screening for lower area and price differences explained. Price was negotiated and I believe this was a very fair price. I can not say if Ron was punctual or not--because he had visitors during the holidays and some adverse weather, the job began about 2 wks after deal made. He worked alone and at his own pace and the job took 3 days from start to finish. Fortunately, I was not in a hurry, but my cats were anxious to get back out on the lanai. Ron feels quite comfortable sharing much (a lot) of his personal history. Job is well done and everyone, including cats, are happy.

"Re: being punctual, if I'm busy & can't get to the job right away I always bring that up early on & ask if that's going to work for them or not. During the busy season in the fall/winter it's not unusual to be 2 Wks. behind.At the time I was just going through a separation after 29 yrs. & I'm sure sharing way too much Info. on my personal situation. Sorry , but I'm much better now. Thanks for the review, R.B."
