Happy with their compliance with what I wanted.  Not able to provide my HOA with color sample.  Lucky for me a member of ARB hadf used them and arranged for a photo of sample to be sent to board.  Complications were silly.
Delays delays weather as excuse.  Very inconvenient.  This was their problem and not mine.  Was patient and the design and laying was good.  Not enough sand placed.  Really poorly done.  Had to call them back but still poorly done   So bought sand and did on my own.  Paid probably $1,000 too much, not considering my own labor.  This time taking the middle bid did not work.  
Just not easy to work with.  Why a problem with a sample for the HOA and a deficit in sand?

first time not so good but I let them know and they came out and fixed everything.  have used them three times. Dave made sure I was happy at the end. It was a small job and the crew was not well supervised but they did come back and fix all the mistakes

The sales rep who led the negotiation was good. When my wife had to go to their showroom though, and work with the showroom head, that was problematic for her, she was very frustrated. They are slow to get back to us.

3 months later...nothing but headaches and a partially finished job. Wagner's employees clearly did not want to be here working, much less care about their work. Months have gone by, every time they show up nothing ever gets finished. Always trying to move on to the next stage without finishing the repair. Having been  involved with the employment of trades all my life...this is by far the worst contractor I have ever attempted to deal with...they just don't care and it shows!!! What's worse, friends of ours recently attempted to use them and had the same results...I wish we had compared notes, it would have at least saved one of us!!

Service was excellent! The pool company made us believe that we were not going to be able to afford pavers for our pool, we were quopted 11,500 for an acrylic deck and much more for pavers, so we decided to contact Wagner Pavers directly and I'm very glad we did, we paid around 8,000 and it wasn't even standard pavers.
Every time we had a question that could not be answered by office staff they made sure to have the representative call us. They explained how long it would take, and surprisingly in this pool project, it was done on time. We had some minor issues with some mistakes and unfinished corners but we called the office the next day and the representative walked around the pation with my husband, marked whatever had to be fixed, and sent the crew back out within a couple of days to fix the issues. He was always corteous and professional. The patio looks very beautiful and we have decided to hire them again to create a walkway on the side of the house as well.

Overall We Are Happy With The Results and would suggest others use Wagner Pavers PRO Great Sales Great Design Work Great Customer Service Good Price Great Technical Understanding of issues with adding new pavers to 10 year old pavers related to color fading CON Some minor rework related to paver placement around water pipe and paver sand placement.

The company always arrived on schedule for each of the
activities, quote, layout, tear out and install. The installation team is especially hardworking
as they worked throughout the day and into the night, even though several rain
showers.
When the county required minor rework of the installation,
the company was prompt in redoing the connection point to the existing county
sidewalk.
This is a solid family owned business.

This is the second job Wagner Pavers has done for me. The first job was to construct a 8'-0and quot; x 28'-0and quot; paver patio and a 36and quot; x 28'-0and quot; paver walkway along side of my house.
David Wagner and his team do an excellent job.

The representatives for sales were quick to respond to our request for an estimate. Both key representatives were helpful in the design and product selection. It took several weeks for the pavers and tiles to arrive at the business. Once the delivery was confirmed the scheduler coordinated with us for one day, Aug 26. We wanted to be at home during installation so we cleared our schedule. Unfortunately the only thing that happened on that day was two of the more experienced employees came to the house to evaluated the project. They identified that the copping was not ordered so there would be a delay in the work to be started. The coping was for the pool. We do not know why the pavers for the front walkway were not started that day but it did start the next day and was mostly completed on the third day (Wednesday). The pool work was scheduled for the following Saturday. Unfortunately, the front walkway was short on the capstones to finish the project, so another order was going to be needed. Also, the pool area was not complete....so more delay and more unexpected days needed to complete the work. The individual that did the scheduling wanted to schedule a day for all the work remaining for a time when the capstones would be in (about 2 to 3 weeks). That would mean that we would have to wait to finish cleaning the patio screen area, pool, fans, and windows (there was a great deal of dust generated). When we raised an issue about a delay for the pool area (since it was a matter of scheduling workers verses waiting for materials), the scheduler set up a date to complete all the travertine work a week later. On the following Friday, the workers came out as scheduled and worked on the pool patio but did not finish the work on the travertine tile in the front entrance area.
The workers had various skill levels but all of them were great to work with. They wanted to do the best job possible and addressed any concerns we had throughout the 4 day (so far) process. The issue we had was that different workers showed up on different days. We had to go over the game plan each day to ensure we were all on the same sheet of music. This is were one supervisor that was present every day would have made a difference.
Overall the supervision and communication from the office was limited and very frustrating. The two key people that were so good on the sales aspect were the same people responsible for the exection of the job (we think). They must be overwhelmed with multiple responsibilities because the communication was not good.
This is the primary reason that we, at this point, cannot recommend the company....If the company is really interested in and quot;customer serviceand quot; they need to make a committment to close supervision of the project from day one until it is complete. Clear, consistent, continual communication, (with at least one on-site supervisor that was the same person each day of work), would have made a huge difference in the experience!

I got three estimates for the pool deck paver job. Wagner was not the lowest, but I knew they had a good reputation, so I called them and asked if they could match the lower bid and they did. Luckily the pavers I picked were on hand so they were able to schedule the job for the next week. It was a fairly simple job; 6' x 48' pad next to my pool deck, so we could have more usable space around the pool. The ladies I dealt with for purchasing and scheduling the job were both courteous and professional. The crew showed up as scheduled and knocked the job out in a day. They did a beautiful job and left everything neat. I'm very happy with it.
I had also contracted to fix the dip in the existing pavers in our front courtyard. When it rained we would end up with a small pond in our courtyard. A crew member worked on this while the others were finishing up the pool pavers. Although the repair job made the dip better there was still a slight dip and it still collected water when it rained. I called Wagner Pavers after our first rain storm and they sent someone out the next week to correct it. No more dip!
All in all I was very pleased with the quality job we received for a fair price. I would recommend Wagner Pavers to anyone.

We were familiar with this company and decided to contact them, even though two other reviews were not favorable. The estimate was done quickly, thoroughly and met with our price expectation. (In fairness to Wagner Pavers, those who gave negative reviews did not have paver installations done. Of those who did, the reviews were excellent, so we decided to use them.) We chose a pattern at the store and the work was performed within two weeks. The job took two days in very hot weather, and the crew worked non-stop. The wrong pavers were delivered the first day, but when the error was realized, they quickly removed them and delivered the correct ones the second morning. (It should be noted that the delay in getting the correct ones did not delay the completion of the installation.) The quality of the pavers and workmanship was beyond our expectations...truly exceptional! Thanks to everyone at Wagner Pavers for your professionalism and courtesy. A special thank you to the crew.....great job!

I was told the work would be done on 7-7. After waiting several hours, I called and was told they would call the boss and get back to me. I was told that I was on the list for today. After another call I was told that they would be there on Monday the 9th. No one showed up on Monday so I called around 9 and again was told they would call the boss. After waiting another hour or two I called again and they could not tell me when they were coming and I told them that I had things to do and if they didn't show up by 12:30 that I was coming in to get my money back - I had to pay $250 up front. I called again around 12 and asked if they had someone there to write me a check and they said they would be there between 1:30 and 2. They did show up then as promised.
I told the girl how rude it was to waste peoples time and they should call if they wern't coming. She never did agree with me.

Excellent service beginning with our initial visit to their shop to select pavers and write the order. The estimate was very detailed and clear on work to be perfomed and cost. We received knowledgable and helpful input on color selection, including some design enhancements we hadn't even considered from Dave. The work was begun promptly and completed on schedule... 1 day demolition and 1 long day installation. Even though specifically not required, they repaired a pipe damaged during demolition. The workers were courteous and professional and did a good post-job clean-up. Although dust is mentioned in the order form, it would be helpful to highlight this item and recommend plantings in the vicinity be covered with plastic due to the amount of dust generated. All-in all, a good experience for a major job.
