Total Home Roofing

Do NOT use this company. They are not responsive at all. It took over 4 weeks and many phone calls for them to tell me they would charge me to come out to look at my roof damage. Completely unprofessional. I am sure this was poor workmanship as my roof is only 4years old. Beware of this company.

Sales rep Ryan Drygas was a pleasure to work with. I had to call him a few times about some questions I had, he always got back to me and took care of my concerns. The roofing crew were hard working and efficient. Overall my experience from sales, office staff, inspections all went smoothly. Crew cleaned up around my house, and the whole job was completed in 2 days. I would highly recommend this company.

Project has not started we are waiting for the permit. Amir is handling everything and he is a total professional. We are very grateful for all that he has helped us with.

Everything agreed upon was followed thru with. We needed a roof done within a week because of insurance cancelation and Eric of Total Home Roofing and Total Home Roofing made it happen.

This company was excellent before it was bought by Angi. I paid extra for the extended warranty and now that I am having issues with leaks and damage you can not get anywhere. I am now on month 2 of trying to get this resolved and I can not even get a phone call back from them. They schedule someone to come out and look at the area that is leaking (3 separate times now) then they tell you they have to COME BACK another day to perform a water test, more missed work for me! this water test has been done twice with a separate appointment for the repairs THAT ARE STILL LEAKING. And here I sit 2 weeks after the last guy told me he would have to come out and do the water test AGAIN with no phone call for an appointment. I have now called 5 times, left messages with zero responses from the warranty department, and now have developed 2 additional leaks. I am now going to contact Angi corporate to see if I can get anywhere with 1) getting the repair fixed AGAIN 2) getting the additional leaks fixed 3) making them pay for structural damages this has caused which is supposed to be covered under my warranty.....BEWARE

We ended up not going with metal roof, but the salesman was very helpful and helped by answering all the questions. Once the project started, they were quick, cleaned up well and got the inspections all done quickly. Highly recommend.

They worked all day and completed the roof quickly. They also took the time to clean up well before they left.

Travis the sales man was excellent and very informative. Getting through to finance department is tougher, but all in all the company is very professional. If youâ re not a computer person itâ s not easy. The only problem Iâ ve had is finding out if final inspection has been done and getting the dumpster removed, itâ s been here 5 days since the roofers finished the roof. All in all a great experience!

Eric was very professional and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I believe I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood. The project was finished on time without exceeding the estimated Price. They were also very thorough cleaning- up afterwards. Most roofing projects seem to cause a few flat tires from roofing nails getting scattered at the work site, but not these guys! Fast, clean, & professional.

Eric in sales was great

Eric was extremely helpful from the beginning of the project to the end of it if I called and got no answer he would always call back I would highly recommend this company if needing a new roof.

Gio was amazing and went above and beyond to help us feel completely comfortable with our total roof repair we needed to do. Wonderful warranty included for 15 years and many color options to choose from. Highly recommend!!

The new roof looks good. However, it took 12 days to get the dumpster removed from my driveway. The roofers left excess roofing tiles underlayment in my driveway - and it is still there after 3 weeks. The roofers put a nail in the A/C refrigeration copper pipe just below the roof in the crawlspace, causing me to get the piping replaced, at my expense, after 5 days without A/C. The company took no responsibility. The Production Supervisor ghosted me when I tried to get hold of him.

Total Home Roofing did an awesome job on our roof. Unmatched 15yr workmanship warranty. Travis was our sales rep. Very knowledgeable class act!
