The staff in the office who handle the scheduling need to pay attention to their work, they forgot to call me back more than once, I had to be the one calling them, they almost lost the job because of the office staff. The guys who came out to do the estimate were very good and efficient, the supervisor on the job was very good and the job was done on time, very happy with the overall job.

I received 3 estimates for the roof repair, all were about the same price, I decided on Total Home Contractors because they were professional, on time and thorough with their estimate. Kevin was very friendly, Bruce and Corey that did the work, noticed something that needed to be replaced that the estimator missed and they repaired it within the original contract price. This company is fair, friendly and hires a staff that takes pride in what they do. I would definitely hire again and will recommend to others. Superior service during every step of the process. The work crew was prompt and knowledgable. They stayed until a specific job was completed for the day. My job was completed in 2 days with follow-up the next day. I would have liked someone who understood and spoke a little better English because I had questions while they were working. Questions were for my curiousity only but one of them tried to understand me and tried to answer my questions. Not a big problem. They cleaned the yard and driveway of all debris, not a nail to be found. Thanks.

Work was done on the day they said it would be and they were on time . Very neat and quite. Over all it was a great job. Left the yard and drive clean.

We are well pleased with Total Home Contracror and their sub-contractor! The sub-contractor crew was extremely competent and hard working. In fact, another roofing contractor, etc. was doing some work next door on the pool enclosure and he told me that he had been watching the workers over the past two days and he was extremely impressed! He said that from what he observed, he would recommend them to anyone anytime. Think that says it all.

Work to start on 6/25. Decided to go with a metal roof instead of shingle.Total Home Construction showed tons of professionalism and pride in their work.
