Eric Payne was an exceptional salesperson and attended to every concern beyond the sale of the roof. He communicated with our crew and the instal was seamless. Our crew was professional and friendly during the process.

Travis was a huge help in dealing with my insurance claim and pointing me to a public adjuster to more the claim along. His team was able to do the complete roof replacement very quickly and it looks fantastic. There was minimal fuss and disruption to our normal routine while they worked.

Total Home Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my roof promptly. However, they failed to promptly remove their trash dumper from the property. It has been over two weeks, and I'm still waiting for them to remove the trash dumpster from my property..

I canâ t say enough about Eric Payne. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to this company. Unfortunately I had an issue with the Site Supervisor who kept an empty dumpster in my driveway for over a week after the work was completed, therefore causing us to park the car on our grass. Overall, the work was great. I would recommend this company but ask for Eric.

Eric P checked in on the job until it was done. Only took 4 days from start to finish. Crew did a perfect job and very good clean up. Dumpster was gone day they finished.

Eric was really excellent at arranging this for us. They were able to schedule the work very quickly and got the job done fast and correctly. I was glad they were willing to have the dumpster put in the yard beside our kitchen rather than in front of our garage. That was much more convenient for us.

Eric is the best business consultant that I have ever worked with. He's professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing. Not only did he suggest the best possible roofing option for my home but he went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! I would choose to work with Eric over and over again rather than to deal with other roofing companies that just dont care about the customers or the end results. Easy and fast. Quality work for sure. Kept me informed throughout the process. Found a few nails after site clean up that were missed, but overall great work!

We had a couple of minor issues caused by the tear off. They were quick to follow up and resolve them and replace what was broken. Plus they were quick!!! Minimal inconvenience. The field supervisor followed up with me at the end of every day. Overall very happy with the service provider and my roof looks fantastic !!

They do not repair damage they created, created 2 leaks, created mold in my home that they have not addressed. They damaged my gutters and they have not fixed them, all the vendor that were sent by Total Home Roofing created more damage to my home. After months of waiting for repairs to be completed, finally the initial damage was repaired. Now that the rainy season has begun in Florida, July, a new leak has been found in my new roof. I called Total Home Roofing and was told that they wonâ  t come to assess the leak for two weeks. I find this totally unacceptable because the leak will cause further issues if not soon addressed.
