The salesman, Eric Payne, was very professional. He came to our home the same day we called to give us an evaluation of our roof, he answered all of our questions, and was available throughout the entire process. The installers worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day.

From the sales process with patrick hogan, to the installation crew which were real hard workers,it was real pleasure to work with total roofing. There is and area that needs improvement and that is finance department, the finance manager need's a few courses in human relations. She is not doing your business any good by being her in position. Other that experieate, i was really pleased

Leo hogan the salesperson and first contact on the job was helpful and efficient. Even a month after the job was finished he resent us some information that we had lost. Jerry the foreman was also very professional. The roof was done when they said it would be and looks great

From the time of the estimate and after, I worked with Leo Hogan. He kept me in all details from tile delivery to installation. The crew arrived early each day. They were very professional and the hardest working crew I have ever seen. Louis( the supervisor) was here at start of the day and end. They covered all objects such as air conditioners and pumps so as not to receive damage. At the end of each day they cleaned up. Not one drive way tile in driveway was damaged. I sat on numerous occasions and watch as the workers cut and recut tile to fit in each area with extreme precision. This company did exactly what they were supposed to do and I am extremely pleased with the final results.

I m very happy with my new roof and the entire process was very smooth. The sales rep, Leo, was quick to respond to my questions and pricing was competitive. My old roof was torn off one day and the new one was put on the next day. There were no problems with the work crew. I highly recommend Total Home Roofing.

From the very beginning Leo Hogan was always there for me to answer any questions I had. When he did not know a question he immediately got on the phone ,found the answer and got right back to me. The crews that showed up were the most energetic and knew their job well. They were very cordial and worked very hard. I can not say enough about the crews they sent and Louis the Supervisor of my job. The completed roof looks fantastic. This was a complete tear off to sheathing, repair any rotten wood, re-nail to code, new under-layment and Owens Corning DeckSeal Self-Adhered (SA) Roofing System. Work Quality; Not perfect but fast... did in one day. Time will tell if roof holds up. Customer Service; Got back to us quickly... had to request final inspection before would pay invoice. Missed the 2nd skylight to be replaced during estimate inspection... caused a couple hour delay on getting 2nd skylight. Need to more of a thorough job on estimates... as in actually get on the roof. Value for Money; Remains to be seen... time will tell. Product going on roof seemed solid (Owens Corning). Looks good, so far no leaks.

I had had my roof replaced several years ago by another company when I knew it was time to do so. That company dragged out the project 2 weeks & I had water damage from a rain storm. I talked with Leo of Total Home Roofing about my concerns & requested my roof be completed within 2-3 days. He expressed understanding & a desire to meet my wishes as best that Florida weather conditions allow. My roof was completed within 3 days & it looks great! I received 3 bids but Leo was the only person to explain the products, the process, and the differences. He never tried to sell me, he educated me and helped me resolve a major home repair. We have a very old house and no one wanted the job because it was too hard. They replaced our spanish style roof. It looks EXCELLENT and we love it. Most professional and customer service driven people I know. I would give them a hundred stars if I could.

They did a great job, but after the job was done, I had some leaks. They were fixed, but they sent one guy for the roof repair and another guy for the interior repair, sometimes weeks apart.

Very professional company. We had a re-roof and have been very pleased with their service, communication, and attention to details. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
