Total Home Roofing was very professional. Patrick was very informative without being pushy. They called every step of the way to inform me what was being done and when. They workers respected hour home and did a great job cleaning up. Only one little flaw with a gutter that they promised to come back and fix. I would highly recommend Total Home Roofing.

We were continually informed as to dates, inspections, and next steps by the office and our project manager/supervisor. We highly recommend this company.

They did a very good job. They was on time the roof looks great. only problem I had was when they finished they didn t get up all the roofing nails had to take my grandson to the emergency room for nail in his foot he was on antibiotics for a week and 5 nails in our lawnmower Patrick. Thanks

Travis was my reference point within the company and if I ever needed an escalation point he was the man. Fortunately, I didn't have any problems that required escalation. Roof looks great and tenants are very happy. Happy tenants makes me a happy owner.

The experience of replacing my roof with Total Home was exceptional. Eric Payne is the most hands-on salesman I have ever experienced. He was always available to answer questions; very professional, honest and thorough with explanations about the contract and what to expect from the insurance company, work crew and final inspection. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that the roof installation was on target. When an unexpected issue arose, he explained the situation, how it would impact the contract and completion time of the project. The work crew was top notch! They showed up on time, worked a long day and cleaned up prior to leaving the premises each day.

From the first day of meeting Travis Janke and hiring his company, it was a very satisfying experience. I purchased this roof because of Travis. I liked the way he explained things and just the way he treated me. Travis was very professional and honest with me and his response time was great. Everything that was explained to me about the contract , happened. Great workmanship by the installation crew. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. With the 15 year warranty, I purchased a worry free roof.

We wouldn t of went with Total Home if it wasn t for salesmen Eric Payne. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. After we signed, usually you don t see or hear from your salesman. Not with Eric! He was with us every step of the way. We had plenty of questions and Eric answered every single one! Total Home is lucky to have a salesmen like Eric!
