Started out with Travis establishing great customer service relations. The workers came in did the roof in few days and we re great. The whole company demonstrated great customer service and I m very happy with the roof!

The team communicated to me every step of the way and responded positively to my suggestions or requests. They were truthful and forthcoming, taking care to fix or replace any damages that may have occurred, I especially appreciate David Hughes and his assistance with helping me understand the financial piece of the whole process. He took the time to actually show me on paper and explain each line of the insurance claim so that I could fully understand the process. Thank you David and the rest of the team for all your hard work!

Great experience working with David Hughes

When I was in need of a new roof, David Hughes came highly recommended by a friend. I gave him a call immediately and scheduled an appointment for a quote. I didnâ t realize that He was with Total Home roofing at the time, until he gave me all the details. I had heard about how wonderful and trustworthy Total Home Roofing was to work with from so many others and so I was wanting to get a quote from them as well. So it worked out. Their quote came in at a very competitive price and I loved that they gave a 15 year labor warranty on their work. The best thing about the whole experience was that David and all the staff were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this well established company.

We were scheduled for Jan. 15th. Materials were delivered on Jan. 14th. Old shingles were removed & roof prepped on Jan 15th. The inspection was scheduled and completed on Jan. 16th in the morning and shingles installed that afternoon. The final clean up and management follow up were completed on the morning of Jan. 17th. Great communication and supervision by management. Workers were clean and courteous. I would hire again!

After seeing and hearing so many horror stories about shoddy flyby night roofers, it was brilliant to have such a professional and direct company take care of all our roofing needs. Simple... no hassle

We worked with David Hughes at Total Home and it was an incredible experience. Our insurance company only gave us enough to cover about 2/3 of the roof which was also supposed to cover our fence but after working with David, he contacted our insurance company and ended up getting us MORE than enough to pay for our roof and our fence with no money out of pocket. So grateful for his hard work and diligence.

Was very professional courteous our salesman who helped us was David Hughes, he helped with our claim and with getting a new roof installed. any problems he was quick to solve them would use this company again but expecting the job will last a long time. Final note they were on time did things when they said they were going to do them and did the work right I would strongly recommend them .

Total Home Roofing is a company that I highly recommend. There are a lot of choices when it comes to replacing your roof and it pays to do research- so if you are reading this, I commend you. What separates Total Home from its competition is its customer service and integrity. My roof was replaced 5 years ago by Total Home and I recently began having problems with a dead space that started leaking over my garage. I called Total Home and they came out immediately and looked at it and sent crews to fix it the next week. They went above and beyond and even fixed the inside of house as well, best part of all....they didn't charge me a dime! They pride themselves on excellence and truly put the customer above their bottom line which is extremely rare in todays age. The technicians that came to the house were professional and very respectful (Keith and Kevin). Total Home Roofing is a company ran by Christian men. Even if you don't adhere to their beliefs, you can appreciate their values and integrity. Any other company would have charged me an arm and a leg. The two gentlemen that set this whole thing up for me were David Hughes (salesman) and Ryan Lightsey (operations). Ask for them by name, I guarantee they will take great care of you!

David Hughes is very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. She has the ability to explain things in a way that is easily understandable. He is a great asset and representative of this company.

The customer service was good. I was satisfied with the price, after work was not what I expected. The most egregious aspect what is the cleanup which was clearly substandard. There are still multiple roofing nails all around the house and we are continually finding roofing debris in the surrounding shrubbery. While trying to apply to shingles around the vent for the hot water heater they managed to dislodge the venting from the hot water heater to the ceiling above it. I would recommend the company if they improve their cleanup.

It was very effortless to work with this company. I often need to get quotes for clients and I always contact Patrick. So when it was time for my roof to be redone he was the only one I trusted. He is always professional and quick with his responses. I highly recommend Total Home Roofing for any of your roofing needs!
