David Hughes was instrumental in my decision to go with total home. The work was excellent the workers were excellent and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would recommend PaTrick Hogan. Very professional and he was always available to answer questions and explain in detail the process. The company is outstanding! They constantly update you what will happen the next day. Samuel, the Foreman was also super very helpful. If something is needed to be done he would just do it instead of delegating it to his team subordinates. Communication is great. They always do what you ask them to do to get the job right. They have good listening skills except 1 lady in the office. Her job was to tell you the next stage. If you ask her questions she did not want to be bothered because she was reading a script and very robotic. I asked for somebody else to call me instead which the company complied with my request. I would highly recommend Total Roofing and Patrick Hogan for peace of mind in total roof replacement.

Leo stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Email, text and phone calls, all returned in a timely manner. Once they started working on the roof, it was done in 3 days, and I had a lot of wood work completed.

My roof was 20 years old and I knew that I needed to replace to get home owners insurance renewed so I got 8 estimates. Total was not the cheapest but they used Owe ns Corning shingles which Consumer Reports rates higher than the Certeed that most of the others used. Their Sales rep, Patrick Hogan was one of the few who actually climbed on my roof to inspect it. He told me that I had had recent hail damage and encouraged me to file a claim with my home owners policy which I did and resulted in paying for 75% of the cost of the new roof. Which I consider to be a great deal.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Job quality superb. Very clean execution of the project. Addressed all the questions that arose during the process. Finished on time - which is very, very important. His staff was very friendly.

The salesperson Patrick Hogan from the beginning listened to my concerns with my husband after Hurricane Irma was the reason why I stuck with Total Home Roofing. We couldn't do the roof at first 3 years ago due financing and health issues but he continued to help and work with us on pricing and we were finally able to have the roof installed last year. Thank goodness we didn't have any leaks or extra damage from the other hurricane. The service and quality of all the employees was excellent as well as the communication. I recommend them highly and love the outcome of our roof. Thee color and pattern was excellent as well as the warranty. Total Home Roofing did quality work and Patrick was a great representative of them.

Patrick was awesome. He responded quickly and was very friendly and knowledgable. We live in Germany and he made the process very easy.

David impressed me so much by stopping by once the work was completed to make sure everything was perfect. We have already recommended David and Total home to friends.

Total Home Roofing installed a new roof on my home this week. Iâ m am very pleased with the job your company did. David Hughes did a very good job describing the premium materials that would be used and the installation process. Jonathan Santamaria and his crew arrived on schedule and worked with skill and diligence to stay on schedule. They persevered through challenging weather conditions. They left the property in good condition. I especially appreciated the job Carlos Paz did making sure that the work was done with high quality and follow up to assure that I was a satisfied customer.

My sales rep, Leo Hogan, and the job site manager, Luis Gonzalez, were very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions...of which I had many! Being retired, new to the area, and having no first hand knowledge of any FL roofing contractors, I was, to say the least, cautious. I was at home to observe the installation first hand and was amazed at how efficient the crew was...from start to finish. They kept the area clean and safe and I have no reservations in recommending this company.

Very professional and did as great job with the roof. My main complaint was they left a lot of tar marks on my light tan colored house that I have to paint over and also a lot of tar marks on driveway and front walk that I had to have power washed. You may need to add in these costs to roof when considering.

Pay art to what size nail they use. And also check the roof at different times a day as the sun shows the flaws u will miss when it's at a different spot

The sales rep. (Edgar Diaz) was respectful, professional, and knowledgable. His expertise was able to explain the entire process of getting our roof replaced, materials being used, warrantee etc., and what would happen after. He was a phone call or text away when we had questions. The workmen were all great, I never seen men working as a team like these guy's. The roof project turned out great. With so many bad roofer stories these days I'm glad I went with this company. From the office personal to the guy's on the roof. But most of all a special thanks to Edgar Diaz...

Total Home did a great job reroofing my home and those of several of my neighbors. Kevin Delaney and Travis Janie are professional and highly responsive and their customer service is outstanding.
