A quality experience from beginning to end. Job done on time, delivered all that they said they would. Follow-up before, during and after completion of the job was superb. Clean up as the job progressed was impressive. Clean up after job completion was equally impressive. I have no hesitancy using this company in the future and would recommend their services.

The worst and most careless home roofing company ever with the worst work quality ever! Their coworkers left a lot of trash around my home during their work. In the front and the backyard, including many empty water (and other drinks) bottles, cardboard, pieces of plastic sheets, hundreds of iron nails were left my driveway. This caused my Mercedes to get damaged. Leftover food, snakes, etc. They left the two side backyard doors open and their tool too and that caused a complaint from one of my neighbors to the community HOA, for 7 days they worked in my roof, when they were done, I walked around the house and I tried to clean up as much as I could. Unacceptable behavior and I have had never an experience as bad as this one before. When I hired this company to replace my home roof, it was based on the online reviews and the warranty they offered me, their quote was the highest between the five roofing companies that I got quotes from. I had shown the salesman all of those quotes in the day I hired them, I do not appreciate their carelessness and would have never expected it from them.

As a first time home buyer and purchasing a residence that needed a new roof, "Total Home Roofing" made the task very simplistic. The price they quoted was accurate. The organization is well ran from top to bottom.

They do excellent work and work with you through the complete job, and follow up when finished.

The worst roofing company! Do not use them!!! After new roof was installed, continued leaks , repair work that caused further interior damage to interior ceilings , tarps on roof to cover leaks (tarp still on roof), shoddy workmanship, mold verified by homeowner insurance inspection, current urgency and need to replace the roof, thousands dollars of damages, inability to reach president of company, and general manager denials and non-responsiveness are just a few of the issues. Be forewarned.

They were even able to negotiate with our insurance for more money to finance the roofing, something that was done through Total Home. They were quick and did a great job. Even when we had issues later with some minor leaks in our skylight, they came out to make sure the job was complete to our satisfaction.
