Travis gave us the estimate and it was informative and reassuring. Jobina, and Elder (brothers) came for tearoff and did a great job. So neat...hardly a nail on the ground... All work completed with minimal issues and very good quality. 5 stars for crew. Carlos was foreman. Very helpful and kind, willing to go above and beyond. 5 stars. Office personnel...5 stars. Always helpful and professional. I would suggest if you need a roof. Talk to this company.

They were recommended by my neighbor who had a new roof installed. Edgar and his team were extremely professional, punctual and courteous. I personally supervised their work and vouch they performed a meticulous roof repair. I would definitely use them for future work and highly recommend them.

The estimator was very professional and the office staff kept me informed of progress. The employees were very hard workers and job was completed in two days. Area was left clean. My complaint is that roughly 5 rows of shingles across the front of the house looks different than the rest of the roof. This is so noticeable that all my neighbors have pointed it to me. Got no response to e-mails and phone call messages for several weeks. Company finally sent 2 people out to look at the roof but they did not see what my neighbors or I see. Since it was apparent that there would be no action by the company I decided to make payment and move on. Just today a neighbor asked me why this had not been corrected.

Many of my neighbors had already had their roofs replaced ahead of mine and I observed the projects with a keen interest every time. With some reservations from my observations I inquired via HomeAdvisor and in the end I am very happy that I hired Total Home Roofing. Leo Hogan contacted me almost right away after I submitted my inquiry via HomeAdvisor, and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. The survey of the roof was conducted without person-person contacts due to the pandemic but the proposal was detailed and clear and Leo was thorough in explaining everything. The field supervisor Jason was very communicative with me and he and his team responded to all of my requests to prepare for the changing weather conditions overnight during the project. The finished project has invited many compliments from the neighbors, with comments of praising the clean-up efforts after the installation, as well. Overall this was a very positive experience and it was a rather major project for a home owner to be completed in the least exciting way, which is the best way. I think some of the tree services that I hired for my yard involved more of my time and attention! Well Done, Total Home Roofing!

Excellent work. They took no shortcuts and installed a quality roofing system. I am very pleased with the outcome. There were some challenges because the roof was 26 years old and well past end of life. Excellent communication from the management team. The repairs were professionally done and they gave us peace of mind during the hurricane season. We are ocean front and needed a reliable company to get the job done before a catastrophe could hit.

His analysis was spot on and his price was the most competitive price we received. The salesman (Eric Payne) was upfront with me about what to expect (time and cost). He was spot on. The installers did a really good job and cleaned as they worked.

Eric Payne and the crew at Total Home were professional, detail oriented and efficient with their install from sale to inspection. I would recommend this salesman and company.

Lack of Customer Service. Failure to provide Service. Greetings. On 7-24-20 I agreed to have Total Home Roofing complete a roofing job for my home. The sales presentation was very nice and I was led to believe that Total Home Roofing would be a company that had service after the sale. Although the price was a bit pricey, I decided to go ahead and do the contract with them. During the first week of September, I was told they would do my roof! They had the dumpster delivered that Tuesday. I was told the roofing job would be done on Wednesday. That was cancelled by Total Home Roofing due to a previous job they had. They told me the roofing job would be done on Thursday. That was cancelled by Total Home Roofing due to a previous job they had. They told me the roofing job would be done on Friday. That was cancelled by Total Home Roofing due to a previous job they had. It should be noted the large dumpster stayed in my driveway all week blocking my garage (to include my truck and lawn equipment). And I should note I understand the reasons why a job has to be cancelled...and my correspondence with them was friendly and courteous. I was then told on Friday that they would do the job on Saturday. This was unacceptable. I needed to have access to my garage after a week of broken promises. I needed to get vehicle maintenance done and have my yard work done on Saturday. To say that Total Home roofing was understanding would be a lie. There was curt phone calls from them. And I was passed around on phone tag for about an hour on a Friday. There was also hang-ups (or the *disconnects*). I am sorry I had to have access to my garage after a week of broken promises by Total Home Roofing. I thought this week I might get an email or a phone call from Total Home Roofing. Instead, the ENTIRE week I have not heard one word. Nothing like...thank you for your patience Mr Froscher or we are working hard to earn your trust, etc. I am sorry that during my ONLY day off during the week I had to get vehicle maintenance and yard work done. The silent treatment is really not becoming a company. If you want to pick up your supplies and want me to get one of the other two companies (that came in with a bid lower than yours) I will be happy to. I am SO disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy by this company. It is a very shabby way to treat a veteran that is still working for the government so that your company and employees can enjoy freedom and prosper. Respectfully Morris Froscher.

From beginning to end the project was well managed, expectations were met and the roof looks great.

SORRY!

I helped hire this company to replace roof of the house owned by my son. After many, many visit with sales rep and text messages and confirming the costs. We agreed with price and asked them to start working on the roof. We signed in Nov 2019 and had to call them in Feb 2020 and ask why they had not started the job yet. They came over in Feb and inspected the roof again and measured for materials. They arrived in March and started tearing the roof off. After they did that, they said we need a lot of decking that needed to be replaced. They claimed that instead of what they noted on the contract and their inspection form that existing decking was plywood; they need to replace the deck and use planks. Cost difference between planks and play wood is about 4,600. They also did not use treated wood. While my roof is open and they removed some wood and had a hole in the roof, they said I had to authorize this 5,900 increase in the bid. After they finished the roof, I asked them to come back as I was seeing area that were done incorrectly. They did not respond and wanted 6000 from me. My roof was not leaking before and now is leaking and I have damage to historic house with plaster ceilings. The curved section of the front roof is pulling apart, as there are numerous gaps throughout the section; sections of the roof edge are pushed out and the metal improperly applied. Not only that they are not going to honor their warranty, they have placed a lien on the property. I am so sorry to have hired them as roofers.
