We had a couple minor adjustments after the install and each time the customer service was professional and timely with scheduling the service. I am a retired contractor. Patrick Hogan and Total Roofing are a great team. Due to covid I was unable to travel to Florida to have my roof replaced. The entire process was done remotely and I was kept informed of the project including comprehensive photographs as work progressed. I highly recommend them . You will not find a better roofing company!

This was the most pleasurable of any home improvement projects that I have ever experienced. I cant praise this crew and team enough as to their attention to all the details that arise from a new roof install. In the end I can compare the feeling that I had with the emotion one would get from seeing their auto coming out of the carwash after a full detail and the service person placing the keys in your hand.

my experience with Total Home Roofing was exceptional. Beginning with the initial estimate with Edgar, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. His estimate was almost $2000 less the the other quotes I had gotten, for the same exact materials. Nick the supervisor was responsive and also knowledgeable. Houlio and his crew were very professional, doing quality work and ensured my property was as clean when they left as it was before they began. The final cost was exactly as quoted, no surprised. Everyone was there and on time as scheduled. I have no concerns and will recommend Total Home to anyone needing roofing.

Excellent experience, Travis Janke made my experience with Total Home painless and seamless. Workers were fast and courteous cleaning as they went. Done in two days, stripped and dried in one day & inspected and shingled the next. I would highly recommend them

Had a wonderful experience with David Hughes at Total Home Roofing. It's always nice when you meet someone as professional, caring, and personable as he is. He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely recommend David and Total Home to my friends and family.

My point of contact David was very professional and very responsive. He even went out if his way to patch a roof that sprung a leak before the roof was replaced.

I ended up getting my shingles replaced instead of the metal roof I initially wanted. After talking with the Total Home representative, my insurance company, and the wind mitigation inspector, I am glad I did. This job took a little longer than I expected, but everyone with the company was very professional and expert. They did a great job with excellent cleanup and they kept me very well informed every step of the way and answered all my questions very effectively. I would recommend them.
