Eric Payne and Total Home Roofing was a pleasure to work with on my roof project. Eric is my husband at this company and he did of course oversee some of the job on his own roof but honestly their was no need. The crew was absolutely perfect with the install. Chad was great about explaining the product and listening to the changes I wanted. The crew was fantastic and the clean up was amazing. With three children and a puppy, it was really important the nails were picked up. I've barely found any. I can't thank them enough, especially since it was very windy during the installation. The finished product looks fantastic. We went with summer harvest and love the look. The installation was not without hiccups, but Patrick was quick to respond and make it right. While I may have been able to get a cheaper reroof, I feel confident that I have a roof that was installed to last.

Rep was very responsive and pushed project up due to insurance emergency. Work was completed on time and everything was very professional. Excellent results, I'm very pleased with the service. I felt the pricing was very fair. No complaints at all.

We had the pleasure of meeting Travis Janke in September, 2020. He gave us an estimate of what it would cost to replace the roof on our home. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one of them. We were so pleased with him that we called him back weeks later, and signed the contract for the job to be done. In fact, we signed an additional contract for a roof to be done on another piece of personal property! At the completion of both jobs, Travis Janke called to make sure all was well and that we were satisfied with the roofs. Communication was important and we were very pleased to have received continual contact. We had excellent service through Total Home Roofing. Eric and team did an excellent job.

December 2020, Total Home Roofing completely replaced, turn key, the original 20 year old roof on our house. Total Home Roofing quickly obtained all the required permits, provided all labor, material, tools/equipment, and supervision to, completely demo (remove) and dispose of the old roof and completely installed the new roof (~53 squares of shingles) in three days. The roof is a hip roof with a lot of valleys and ridges. They did a great job, maintained great communication, and managed all the required inspections. Each day the labor started early, worked late, and cleaned up the worksite before leaving. They completed the project on budget exactly as quoted. I would use Total Home Roofing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Our salesman Eric was great, courteous, very knowledgeable and gave us extremely good advise. We were only anticipating doing the main house roof and ended up also replacing the flat roof on our sun room, great quality and workmanship. I gladly recommended my friend for her roof replacement.

Patrick Hogan was always available for all of my questions and concerns. If I had a question he was a phone call away. Living in NY it was difficult to see how the process was coming along. Travis Janke came out and gave me an estimate. He was on time and observed covid protocols. Great company. Reliable and trustworthy. The roofers worked hard and we're very polite. Everyone showed up on time and worked till the end of the day. The process for an estimate was easy and everything was explained appropriately. The quality of the work is amazing and my roof looks fabulous.

Had a short window to redo roof for insurance coverage. Eric was very professional and considerate, coming out quite promptly, and explaining all the details thoroughly, then, giving us an estimate before leaving. We were scheduled quickly and work began and ended as proposed. The workers were the most hard-working people I've seen, here long hours to complete the work in a timely fashion. We were updated daily by phone and in person, to ensure any problems or concerns were addressed. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process and quality of work.

Eric Payne was extremely professional and was always responsive when. I had questions. Overall experience was awesome! They completed the job in two days. Amazing work and workers were very considerate.

Eric is your best employee

I would rate this company a zero if the application would allow it. I am 25 days into this project and it is still not done. The roofers had to redo some of the roofing due to dents, and lack of knowledge of how to install roofing properly. No one answers their phone and helps within the office. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! Have to constantly watch them ensure they do the right thing. No regard for the customer. Literally, throws nails and screws into the yard. Buyer Beware! Worst company to deal with, EVER!

I worked with Travis Janke. He was very professional in all he did. Followed through from beginning to end. Was patient with a less than computer competent person. Walked me throughout getting the financing. Was all around very helpful.

Total Home roofing was great. Eric Payne the sales rep was incredible for the first time ever in all the house remodeling we have gone thru we had a salesman who did what he told us he would do!!! He stood behind all there work and showed up regularly to check on everything to make sure we were happy. Thanks Eric
