Total Home Roofing

Clean up could have been better, still finding nails and old shingles around the property. We have several dogs so I moved the family to a hotel for the duration of the job to keep stress levels low for dogs and family. A friend had 7 quotes from roofing companies and chose Total Roofing also. I didn't get that many quotes before hiring Total Roofing. When the job was done it could have been explained better that the shingles will appear with gaps until they heat up and melt into a flat appearance. I had to call the job sup out as I was concerned with the shingle appearance.

From the time of the estimate, till the job was completed, he was there to explain everything to me concerning all of the options I had, the contract, financing and etc. He gave me an estimated start date and beat that date by a week. Luis Timeo and his crew were flawless. From removing the old roof to the replacement of a new 5V Metal Roof. They were great workers and cleaned up the property each day, wonderful guys. David Hughes, the sales rep, for my re-roof job was exceptional. He was professional and available at all times when I had a question or concern throughout the process; from initial inspection/estimate through completion of the job. David was very responsive to me via phone and text messaging in order to aid in my decision making, especially regarding the roof color. He directed me to several addresses around Merritt Island to see the various shingle colors that were available. My wife and I greatly appreciated his attentive communication. I have worked with Total Home Roofing on two projects in the last three years. The first was a shingle roof replacement at my commercial building in Cocoa, FL. Most recently they just completed a metal roof installation at my home in Cocoa Beach, FL. Special thanks to my Roofing Consultant Patrick Hogan and Field Supervisor Eduardo Perez for all their help. Roof came out great and we couldn't be happier. Don't base your decision strictly on price because the old saying you get what you pay for is true. Total Home Roofing did a great job and had my roof complete in 3 days once work begun. They worked from sun up until sun down. Great team!

Total home roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. My previous roof was quite old and in need of replacing. I scheduled quotes with several roofing companies and was impressed by them all. Jason at Total Home Roofing was, however, the ultimate; he was an obvious expert in the field of roofing with an intimate knowledge of my specific roofing needs and issues. Also, the product (samples provided at the time of the quote) is a superior shingle to those offered by the competitors. Deciding on Total Home Roofing resulted in no regrets. The team that was sent to do the work, Jimâ s team, including Arbey as the on-site manager, was expert as well. They were professional in their work, polite and thorough, always on time, and offered clarification to all of my questions and concerns. At the end of each day, they were quick to clean up, including picking up nails from all around by using a large magnet, even in the shrubbery. My roof looks wonderful, and has passed not only the municipal inspections, but also the tests of nature (rainstorms). I highly recommend Total Home roofing to anyone who needs any work, repairs, or replacement of their roof, whether it by insurance claim, or by personal expense, such as mine.

Travis the salesman was quick to respond and come out and give me a professional quote. He identified a few areas that some other companies overlooked and never mentioned, during their quote. He made sure to keep me updated with every step and had answers to all my questions. I never had to play the waiting game. The finance team is helpful, and the roofing crew was fast and efficient. They cleaned up well after each day. This is my new roofing company for life.

My overall experience with Total Home Roofing was excellent. My initial contact was with Andy Ward. Andy was very responsive to all of my questions and he provided information to me quickly. Andy walked me through the virtual quote process as well the sales contract. Andy stopped by the house a couple days before the job was to start to explain what to except while the work was in progress. The project manager Shawn Martinez was just as helpful. I found Shawn to be knowledgeable and professional. Shawn kept me up-to-date on the progress of the project. The crew arrived on time and they worked efficiently to complete the roof quickly. Once the work was completed the area was cleaned up very well and Iâ ve only found 1 nail so far. The finished job looks awesome. I highly recommend Total Home Roofing.
